Went to a concert here. All standing, no chairs not even in VIP or ADA area. No food, only a very limited selection of alcohol (vodka, tequilla, and whiskey). The ADA section was just a roped off section of the floor. Security was hand pat down of each person. Poor traffic control both for entry and exit. Ticket office not open until gates opened. Very poorly managed venue.
Really good Thanksgiving buffet. Well worth the $24 per person. Chefs will cook certain items to your liking if you ask them. Non-alcoholic drinks are included in the price. Blue Moon on tap is $5 per pint glass.
Great place to meet Santa and see a real life blacksmith! The shows are hilariously funny in a very family oriented fashion. Great time for all!
I've only been to rawhide event area for night time festivals such as GoldRush. It's a great venue for fun themed events. Really Dusty though. I'm hoping to visit when it's open during the day. I love Sally's sweets shop.
This place is laid out well for large volumes of people. I never felt overcrowded. I love their large, air conditioned barn for events. You can safely host over 2000 people in it. Great bathrooms.
This place was a lot of fun. I went for an event while at a conference. The food was really good. The town is nice. Great photo opportunities.
The staff was very attentive and professional in the planning and execution of our big event. The go to man with all of our questions and concerns was Craig Bucklew. A successful event was key and very stressful for our group. Craig made everything seamless and easy as if he has done these kinds of things in his sleep ! Great folks at Rawhide to work with from start to finish. See you next year !
The event center is a nice place for concert's. We where there in the summer so it was pretty hot inside. Facilities were fairly clean. Could you a little more restroom space when it gets busy. Over all it was a good experience. Would go again.
Head a great time with my family here. So much to do and so much to pay. That second part was ok, it's a vacation an we expected it. Groupon had deals in the wrist bands, too, so that was good.
Enjoyed our lunch. My son wanted to try the snake Not bad at all.
Very fun town. Boys got to go to jail. My son was sad and scared,!! Super funny.
I guess I remembered it differently. I grew up going to Rawhide when it was out in north north Scottsdale. The place was always busy. I returned to the valley after 20 years in the military to find it had moved out to around Chandler, which was great, I live in the area. I took my family hoping for all the fun I remembered but sadly the magic and mystic of this place was left back where it was up rooted from.
Went for Easter. The rides are expensive. The buffet is a fair enough price though. The staff at the shops were grumpy or silent but the wait staff was nice and "Glenda" was super nice, even posing with kids for pictures.
A great meal followed by a fun show. A real party atmosphere. A great way to spend an evening with friends.
My family and I had a blast. We went on a slow day so we didn't wait long for anything. The entire staff was very pleasant. At first I was a little upset to pay $5 for parking because of a special event, but was fine with it when I was told that my parking ticket became a $5 coupon at the steak house. Overall this is a great place to take your family.
Dirty and dusty. RV event there was too spread out. Lighting in exhibit barn was poor. Not enough tables for eating outside. Vendors made some good food.
Went for the International Festival of Lights. Good time had by all. The acrobats put on a good show. The event had some spectacular Phoenix's on display. Lots of the displays were setup to encourage you to take photo of them or with them. Very nice setup.
