Booked a hotel room in August 2017 then in December 2017 they contacted me saying that they were cancelling the booking. Left me with having to pay more for a room somewhere else on such short notice. DO NOT RECOMMEND ever staying at this hotel. Not reliable. I have stayed at many hotels in my lifetime and have NEVER EVER had a hotel cancel my reservation. Would have given them negative 5 but that isn't an option.

Nice place, specially because me and my wife were running off Matthew Hurricane (we were supposed to go to Fort Lauderdale).

It was a decent one night stay, parking was easy, checkin/checkout fast, staff very polite and the room was cozy and clean.

I would give 5 stars if it were close to the beach, but the place is perfect for a budget stay.

It was clean and nice. The beds were smaller than I was expecting. The bathroom was cle@n but small. It is pet friendly. There was a lot of people with dogs. Not bad.

The place is located off of I75. The area is being built up, but there is three restaurants close by and a WalMart Supercenter. The place is clean, the staff is wonderful. Breakfast is free and the choices are many and food good.

Upon arrival, the staff treated me like I was a bother. Upon entering my room it was very dirty and there was hair all over the bathroom and shower. The roo. Thermostat did not work, there was no cold water (unusual I know). The morning breakfast was terrible. Juice was out, no water, and you could have an orange or cereal. Milk was warm. I will never stay there againever.

Really Good hotel located near I-75. The breakfast is great and you have different options of yogurts, juices and breads. On front desk they will receive any packages you send no matter of the quantity. Just after the front door you can drink cold water flavored with natural orange slices. Rooms are clean and the overall hotel is great. Very good gym and pool and very good for rest. You have high tables with plugs to use a laptop if needed.

Five Stars Great Service!!!
We were down for a 5k race and had to make a last minute reservation because our friends were staying here. Our reservations had been at another hotel close by. But are we glad we changed hotels!!! Our stay here was filled with greatness! Lee the manager was most accommodating the many times I called since I was nervous about staying here since I had not done so before. He was very reassuring and once we got there he and Anthony checked us in right away. Luckily our room was ready so we were able to go to it a little early! But not before learning about and signing up for the rewards program. Anthony and Lee explained it so well. I can not wait to get more points! Once in our room we were happy to see it was very spacious and had plenty of walking around room! We asked the housekeeper for extra towels and she told us not a problem and would leave them in our room. (Which she did) We used the pool and loved it. The pool towels are great and make it so much easier! Later that evening our friends arrived and we stayed in the lobby till 11 playing board games and having a great time. Jimmy and Shemeka were great even helping us get hot chocolate to drink! Yummy. Check out was a breeze! Lee is a great representative for the Hotel and I hope they know what a find they have in him. Happy Faces!!!! Can not wait to come down again!
