Dorian Ford provided me with the most pleasing Car Buying experience of my life. Every employee was so welcoming, pleasant, and honest. They made the scary process of buying a new car simple and easy. My family is now a Dorian Ford family for life! Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!!

Mark Fortuna is an excellent salesmanbut more importantly an honest kind person! He made sure the experience was just what I was looking for. I got a great deal and a good price for my new Escape. My trade in value was higher than any other dealerships offer too! I even got weather tech mats for the car as a gift from the dealership and Mark! How nice!! They are great in this weather. This is my second vehicle this year from Mark!! He is their best guy!! I wont be going anywhere else for my cars!

The fact they wouldn't let me test drive nor give me any clear numbers for a Mustang nor a Focus ST concerned me. Instead, got to test drive a 392 Scat Pack without showing more than a snippet of interest in leaving with it, and hey what do you know, 23 years old and I just paid cash for brand new Charger. Don't disrespect or look down on someone because of their age, you never know what their bank accounts look like.

I made a appointment today with a salesman to see a used car , he showed no interest in trying to sell me the car and made no effort in trying to work with me on getting a little more for my trade inn or try and work with me on price of the vehicle I was trying to purchase. We could have made a deal even with out them taking my car for a trade inn but he decided to go out of line and give me a attitude when I asked questions about price. I do not recommend going here

Bought a $3,000 2002 Ford F-150 "mechanic's special on August 7, 2017. Yes, a mechanic special will need "mechanical" work, I understand that and was prepared to put some money and work into it. Well, 6 weeks later, the rear leaf spring literally broke out through the bed because the frame is so rusted out! Yes, I bought it as is but I never thought Dorian Ford would sell a vehicle that was so badly rusted out that it was unsafe to drive. I went and talked to the used car sales manager and it was like, you bought it as is and if someone can drive it in here, we sell it! Technically and legally I know I probably have no recourse but the bottom line is Dorian Ford sold me a vehicle that should have been scrapped. Dummy me and shame on Dorian Ford because tough luck, you bought it. Out $3,000 in six weeks! I literally have to scrap this truck. Buyer better beware at Dorian Ford!!!

Process to lease my new Escape was quick and efficient! Got a great deal with everything I wanted in the vehicle. Derek made sure I had the car the day I needed it and I spent less than an hour at the dealership each time I was there. 100% recommend!

Recently used Dorian Ford Body Shop for repairs. Awesome service! My truck was fixed quickly and well. All the employees I dealt with were great and know their stuff! I will definitely come back (for service and saleshopefully not the body shop again - in all respect! Lol)

Matt Geise was absolutely wonderful to work with. He worked within my budget, pulled many options for me to look over and consider and had the sale completed in less than 24 hours. He also took the time to help me set up the Sync system and to explain all of the features of the car. Thank you so much, Matt! I love my new Escape!

We bought our car through the Costco auto plan and it was a very easy process. Brycen called me right as soon as the dealership opened to give me a no hassle, haggle-free quote on a car. The price was only $100 more than the A-plan price for Ford. He made the process easy for us as he called the insurance company, worked on the vehicle registration and plate transfer before we came into finalize on the paper work. We were in and out of the dealership in an hour.

I recently leased a 2017 Escape from Dorian Ford. This was my first time in a dealership leasing a car. I had been to a few other dealerships in the area and Dorian was by far the best! The staff was friendly and the environment was very comfortable. If you are looking to get into a new car I would recommend Dorian Ford!

If you're looking to make a purchase, you should consider Dorian Ford. I leased my Fusion from another dealership, but have since relocated and needed to turn it in due to the lease ending. I have gotten the run around from other dealerships regarding taking the vehicle back knowing that I wasn't looking to start a new lease but Gary and Colette were nice enough to go above and beyond to process my lease return in spite of my circumstances as well as their own (very limited space to store the vehicle). They were awesome!

This was the best dealership experience I've ever had, hands down! I just recently moved to Fraser and was looking to buy a new car that suited the needs of my family. I visited various other local dealerships and didn't have the best experience (now I don't want to drop names but I am NOT a fan of Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights). I didn't feel like my voice was being heard and that I was receiving the attention and respect that I deserve as a customer. I dropped by Dorian Ford not expecting to make a purchase, but boy was I wrong. Gary Torrento answered all of my questions with ease - he went above and beyond my expectations of great customer service. I ended up purchasing a 2017 Ford Escape, and I absolutely LOVE it!! Surprisingly, my husband wasn't even mad when I brought the car came home without asking him first! He said he had driven it before and knew it was a great fit for us - I think he drives it more than I do now!! I highly recommend Dorian Ford for anyone looking to purchase a Ford, or just a car in general - they're THAT good!! Dorian Ford for best customer service!!!!

USED CAR SALES: I recently bought a 2013 Ford Expedition form here and I have to say the experience was outstanding. If you are looking for a used car, go here and ask for Alan Clemons. My wife and I can't remember ever working with a salesman that was so accommodating. Alan went above and beyond to make our experience quick, easy and hassle free. This was my first dealings with Dorian Ford but based on my opinion they earned all 5 stars! Well Done
