I have been relying on Don's for the last 2 years. They have not even come close to letting me down. It is flat out the most professional place I ever brought my car's to in Terre Haute. They take looking out for my car as important as I do. When they tell you everything is fine with your car then everything is fine with your car. When they tell you may want to consider a repair to avoid problems later. Let them fix it!!.. We all have a lot of concerns nowadays. Allow the really solid professionals at Don's at least remove the concern where can I take my car for service. Did I mention their shop is spotless.

I've taken several different vehicles to Don's multiple times for various reasons and have come to expect excellent attention to detail and outstanding customer service. Everyone on staff is competent and honest. Their prices are competitive, they work quickly and communicate well - you know exactly what is being done to your vehicle and whether the work is needed or can be delayed.

Great service always with detailed explanation about it. I think the thing that I appreciate most about Don's is that I trust his recommendations. I don't know a lot about cars, but I trust that they will only perform needed services; they won't talk you into an add-on service that you don't need.

His team, and in particular Jason, was very helpful, explaining in detail the problem and the repairs needed. It has made me feel very confident that this problem I've had is a thing of the past. Don's Service Center exceeded all my expectations from start to finish. One of our company cars needed a new transmission. Don explained all that was needed along with a written estimate that was lower than anticipated! The new transmission was in within two days along with a lot of "no charge" extras that were needed. What a great place to do business. Many thanks to all.

Have taken my vehicles to Don's anytime they need serviced. Jason and the rest of the staff are very reliable. They take the time to tell you about what's wrong with your car and what they can do to repair the car. They go over what it will cost with you and the final price has never been over the estimate. I highly recommend Don's, talk to Jason he'll take care of your car.

These guys are great! Very courteous and customer satisfaction driven. It may take you a day or two to get your vehicle in to get checked out, but it's worth the short wait. They will inspect your vehicle and call you that day with your problem and check with you before doing any work. The work they do is quality and you can be sure it's done right! I Will never go anywhere else.
