This place was amazing. They answered all of my questions honestly and with integrity. My Toyota 4runner received the best care and it did not take long at all for them to fix my running problem. I would recommend this place to anyone with car troubles! Definitely going back there if my car needs work done again. 5 stars isn't enough for this place - above and beyond.

We have taken three of our vehicles there over the past 5 years. Never any issues afterwards. Very upfront on costs, and how long it will probably take. Once or twice right after we moved to the area, we went to a couple big name shops whose estimates were higher than what Don's did it for. While we sold one of the cars, I will still be taking my other two there as the occasion arises for service or repair.

Great service! Had taken my car to dealer, dealer wanted to do several thousand dollars of work. Decided to have second opinion. Don's automotive diagnosed and called me and said he did not see anything wrong that the dealer had said was wrong. I only needed a new 02 sensor- couple hundred bucks. Saved a ton of money. Disturbed by dealer- but glad i have found a great place for my car to be serviced!

Excellent service and reasonable price!! My car broke down, I called and spoke to Daniel to explain her what was the problem, she was able to give me an appointment for the next day and a quote. By the way Daniel was very pleasant. They told me they were very busy but they fixed my car the same day. Sweet! Don was very attentive and he explained to me everything about the issue, he showed me the old part and the new work. Thumbs Up!

Without a doubt one of the best shops I've been to in a long time! I'm always weary of taking my truck to the shop because of untrustworthy mechanics in the past, but don and his mechanics are friendly and honest. Made me feel comfortable by explaining my options in detail. And he showed me what he did after the job was done.. Where he could have charged me for more parts, he fixed them instead. Very knowledgeable shop, I highly recommend to everyone.

I am new to the area and was looking for a good trustworthy mechanic to fix my car. I found that right here and will not trust anyone else with my vehicle. Not only did they get the job done in a timely manner but Mr. Don went out of his way to get my emissions done for me too. I couldn't ask for more in a mechanic.

The price was right! The job was done quickly and professionally! Don showed me the part that was broken and explained how it would be fixed. Over the years, as a woman needing car repairs, I've had some issues with dishonest repairmen. Don and his staff care and they show it by taking the time with their customers. I HIGHLY recommend them for their honest work and professional quality of work.

Excellent experience. Very knowledgeable. We had an air conditioning issue that no one could seem to solve, mostly in part because every mechanic that I had previously made contact with did not take the time to listen to the complete issue we were having. When I spoke with Don's Automotive, they listened and took a look right away. We were in and out within 10 minutes with WORKING air conditioning! They were honest and straight forward. I would recommend this shop to anyone!

Don's Automotive can always be counted on to diagnose the problem and fix my car. If possible, they even will give you repair options that will save you money. They treat me and my family the way they take care of their own family members.. A real pleasure doing business with them!!!
