My wife loves her new car. They have a convenient shuttle for whenever we make appointments for the car to get serviced. They have dropped my wife off at work and picked her up. So I have to say the services pretty amazing we're really happy with our new car and our service.
The most disrespectful service department. Don't even bother coming here unless you like to be disappointed! You will find the rudest customer service at this location. Stay away!
I had a problem with this location the 1st time I serviced my truck here, I let that go and moved on. 2nd time had no issues, got my alignment.
3rd time was the charm..
It got so bad between me and the service manager (Bald guy, forgot his name) that we both exchanged F*** bombs.. anger was through the roof of how a manager in charge of all the service employees can speak so unprofessional at a dealership such as this. Lost all my respect for this place that keeps an employee as rude and unfit for his management position as him.
I own 2 newer model Fords.. and I will no longer take any of them here. unless his supervisor calls me and tells me they fired him. Sarasota Ford it is from now on. Never did I get cussed out at that location.
The sales gimmicks to get you In the door are ridiculous. They had 2 trucks listed with incentives so we called before we headed up there to make sure the trucks were there and incentives were true. Yup come on in. Get there 2 hours later and "both were sold" of course they had other great options that were to no benefit to us but rather made the dealership a great amount more. Honesty brings business back. Not gimmicks and sales tactics to trick consumers.
Great Service. Friendly and professional. Very helpful with any need. Salesmen are nice to deal with. Not aggressive. Shuttle service while your car is being serviced is nice.
My experience at Don Gasgarth's Ford was incredible. Dan Myers was the Sales consultant I worked with and he did an incredible job making sure I got the exact car I wanted at the exact price I wanted! Thanks again Dan! Next new car I need I will definitely be coming back to see you!
The red brake light came on my F150. I called and they told me to take to quick lube. The advisor told me I needed a master cylinder and new brake fluid. Which was kinda what I was thinking. I gave the ok for the repair total would be about 400 dollars. However when the tech parked my F150 he told me that he told them I needed a brake switch. And he lubed and adjusted it. A brake switch was never mentioned. So I drive off excepting problem solved and in a mile later the brake light came back on. Same as before.
They have a shuttle service, so a great place to get you car fixed if you can't get time off from work.
The staff at Don Gasgarth Ford did a great job to get our 2010 Ford Escape fixed and managed to squeeze in the repair during a period when they were booked solid for 2 weeks,
The check engine light remained on after stalling while driving on the road. The throttle body and motor assembly was replaced under an extended warranty at no cost to us.
This occurred when we were about leave to drive home, a 1700 mile trip.
So many thanks again to service adviser Laurie Rhoden and the techs at Gasgarth Ford !
This is a terrible place to get service. Went in for an oil change and a tire rotation. Got there at 1:30 PM, and they estimated it might take around 90 minutes to get in. Well, I didn't get out of there and until around 5:30. I have seen glaciers move faster! They should NOT be advertising this as a "Quick Lane". Shame on me for visiting an unknown dealer to get these simple services. Go elsewhere!
