I love discount tire they have a graet service.
But they need to prioritize loyal customers with a flat tire (15 min repair time) before others.honestly 2 hrs waiting its little bit to much.

Went there today for a new tire, and they saw one of my other tires was in bad shape. I told them I couldn't get a second one today due to affordability. They saw I had a toddler, and thought about her safety. Put the other new tire on to help me out so it would be safe for us! The best service I have ever received at a tire place! Will be going back again for sure!

Free repair/pressure check. It's quite nice to see such courtesy extended to the public as it makes our roads safer. We should support businesses that do these kinds of things.

Good place to get a tire but they take a hell of a time. Just brought one tire and they're taking close to 3 hours just for one tire to be replaced! One tire..

Terrible! Employees are a joke! They have a high turn over rate so you will get some underpaid young punk standing there. Go if u want to deal with these kind of people. Take your hard earned money elsewhere!

So I went in to Discount Tire with a relatively simple job, dismount the tires from my wheels. I was smart enough to take before pictures of my wheels before they went in just be on the safe side and boy I'm glad I did. They got me out the door relatively quick, and my wheels were in plastic bags when I left and I was in a rush so I did not get a chance to inspect them. Later on during the day, I checked my wheels and they were chipped. I know it does not sound like a big deal but they are expensive wheels that took a couple months to import from Japan. Not only I'm I upset about the experience but I'm really disappointed because they all seem like nice people. They are professionals and I do not need to remind them to damage my wheels. On top of that, the manager who billed my charged me for dismounting 19" wheels instead of 18". It may only be like $4 or $5 dollars difference per wheel, but it is very upsetting that they cannot bill or perform the work correctly. They have definitely have lost all my trust and I will not recommend this place to anyone unless it is your absolute last resort.
