The service is horrible. They encourage you to pay before the vehicle is ready so you don't leave. They cut all 4 of my valve stem sensors before confirming they had replacements. Temporarily fixed and said they were ordering them and would call me. 2 weeks later no call, I went in and they had the part. No explanation about call. I wouldn't allow this staff to touch a Tonka toy.

There is a sever lack of management here compared to the other discount tire locations. Managers yelling out "move moverun!!" to the technicians. It's not very professional. The managers seem like they don't know what they are doing at times. Also, plan for a long wait time even if you have an appointment. District seriously needs to take necessary steps in changing the management at this place. This garage does not reflect the overall positive experience I have been getting at other discount tire shops.

I had appointment scheduled for 12:30 left came back at 2
At 3:45 I was still waiting.. left, then came back the next day to only be told that the tire I was suppose to have installed was not in the building
If waist of gas and my time.. I still have not received a call back from the cooperate office

Their wait times are pretty bad and they're ALWAYS busy. I like that they'll price match almost anybody and they work with you to find what you need. The staff is definitely helpful, but I've waited at times 30 minutes just to talk to one of the workers. Just this past week I waited for 40 mins in line and noticed 3 people walk in behind me and they all left by the time I was being helped. I keep going back because the guys are knowledgeable and don't lie to get a sale.

I usually get my vehicle serviced at Discount Tires in Highland, IN and I always get great service.This store has very slow service. Employees just walking around. There is no sense of urgency to get customers serviced. Everyone just looks lost. Would not recommend this store for tire service, your just better off going to another discount tire with a better reputation in fast service.

Very nice. There's a lot of maintenance that they don't offer regarding tires but if you need something simple you can't beat their prices. Sometimes they're a little crowded but the wait time has never been what I'd call unreasonable.

I visited the Matteson location due to damage to my front passenger tire stemming from a massive pothole. The rim and tire had sustain substantial damage. The rep that I worked with was John. He was very professional and handled my issue with care and consideration. I so appreciated the service that I received and the cost was minimal. John represents Discount Tire well. Although I had done business with them in the past and the service has always been good, this visit was exceptional and has made them, going forward, my only choice when faced with tire issue.

Was losing air in both back tires. Went in and was told my rims need to be replaced. I thought that only happens if they are cracked or bent. They said not it's from corrosion build up. Ok so they cleaned the corrosion which made it worse. I went to a different tire shop, to have a second opinion. Well they simply resealed the rim, and then said only time u replace rims is if they are cracked or bent. Horrible lie just to make more sales!!!!!

Always have had fast, friendly service. Been there 3 times in the past 6 months for nails, screws or something else stuck in my tire and have fixed it/replaced it quickly.

Sat in the line for "Free Air Check" for 5 min before anyone acknowledge that there were 4 cars already lined up. They are good but slow and lack Customer service skills!

These guys are awesome! They have done so much for us over the years: free tire patches, checking tire sensors for free, disposing of old tires for free. We have purchased tires from them exclusively because of the free perks, friendly, polite employees and genuine kindness shown. THIS is the way to run a business! Thank you guys!
