I cant say enough good things about this location. They always take care when dealing with freshly powdercoated/painted wheels. Prices are excellent and they are always courteous. The only tire shop I go to.

This place is no longer customer service friendly. Been a customer for over thirty years and today I'm firing them. Every time I show up to try and get a warranty tire repair they tell me the tread is too low and needs replacing. Then I shop their prices and they are higher on my tires than somewhere else. They say they will match pricing but what's the point! Why should I have to do their job! I'm not in the tire business. Do yourself a favor and shop around and don't get hooked into this scam of a tire company!

Very pleased with my experience here. Originally had my tires installed at the Chamblee location (also highly recommended) in November. I had a tire punctured on the highway last Thursday and had the car dropped off at the Lilburn location overnight. Called the next morning and they filed the claim for a new tire under Continental's 12 month hazard warranty. They also swapped the Continental all-season set for my summer tires within an hour, and I am receiving a new replacement tire for my Continental set soon. Only paid for installation and nothing more. Very happy with Discount Tire!

Needed a new wheel & tire after hitting a curb. Terry and his team did an excellent job to find the cheapest prices for me. The wheel for my car was not in the Gwinnett area, but Terry ordered it on Saturday and it came in on Wednesday. Took 45 min for them to install the wheel/tire. They took the time to put my spare tire nicely in my trunk & sprayed Black spit shine tire paint spray on all 4 of my tires for free. Highly recommend and will come back for my future plugs & air pressure checks.
