  Went in to get a tire plugged, they do it for free, I was treated no different then a paying customer, speedy and friendly service, I will be returning here when I am ready for tires

  Horrible customer service sat in the place for 1hr 20 min waiting to get a tire plugged. Was passed of 3 times for customers after me stating the they were more important. Will never return and would not recommend the place.

  Brought my wife's Rogue in because one tire had a nail hole in it (run flats, thankfully). Joe took it in to their garage and they fixed it. We were in and out in under 30 minutes and there was no charge (!?!?!?!?). We've bought tires, alignments, etc there before but this was a welcome surprise. They've earned a very loyal customer.

  My wife took her vehicle in to have a patch installed. She called me to inform that the serviceman(Joe) said the tire needed replaced because their patches wouldnt fill the hole and even if it did the risk of the belt rusting from the patched area would ruin the tire. I told my wife to go to Huddle tire where they promptly fixed it cheaply and quickly. Joe was very un professional at Discount Tire to my wife. Women dont let them take advantage of you.

  Very friendly & fast service with a smile every order. My new car did not come with a spare. Dealership wanted $665 for the kit. I went to this location to see what was available. They sold me a new rim, tire, lug nuts & tool for $ 205.50. I mentioned to Nick (counter person) that my air pressure sensor was not reading the correct tire. He said the tires were probably rotated & the sensor's were not reset. Nick said to bring the car in to have the sensor's reset & they would fix the flat for free. Great customer service. I will return for future service when needed.
