Biggest bunch of rude folks ever. Do not even waste your time calling these people. They are too busy to put eyes on a part before you drive there.would be happy for you to pre pay for it though.

I ordered my parts via website around 3:15 pm Wednesday and drove almost 2 hours Thursday to arrive there upon opening at 8 am. I knew I'd have to wait since I put the order in late the day before and was surprised to be told the gentleman was already pulling my parts. The staff were all friendly and the prices were phenomenal. The transaction was smooth and easy and one guy even loaded all the parts in my vehicle. The counter guys were answering phones nonstop and handling the flow of customers at a good rate. Marshall's is definitely worth the drive and wait.

I’ve bought a lot of parts here for rebuilds prices are more than fair and service always great. Everyone complains about the wait,but be patient here and it always pays off for me.

Great prices..but complete jack asses!!!!
Call and ask for a part with abs.they have it.arrive and ask for part with abs.they have it..wait 3 damn hours for the wrong part . Oh we don't have that one with abs..employee says I don't know what to tell youwasted my day costed me money employees are stupid. While conducting an extensive search that involved at least half the states in the country for an engine for my 98 Chevy Malibu, the most important lesson I learned is that the world of used auto parts can be a very ugly place full of folks dying to take advantage of any unsuspecting customer. Luckily I located one at Marshall's for a fair price without a million miles on it, so I called for more information. The salesperson, Rick, was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and answered all my questions. I ordered the engine from them, which they shipped to my home over 350 miles away quickly and for a reasonable cost. The engine now has almost 300 miles on in it's new "home" and runs beautifully. Great, honest people to do business with! Highly recommended!

I had to get a driver side back quarter glass window for my 2000 Toyota Sienna ASAP! So I called all of the local Auto parts and salvage stores in my area and none of them had a quarter glass that would fit my make and model. So then I thought I was going to have to go with Safelite and when they gave me a quote of $375.30 I thought to myself damn that's my grocery budget for the next two weeks. So thats when my brother told me about this place in Circleville called Marshall's and how he had got a radiator from them at a great price. So when I found out how far away this place was from me I told my brother there was no way in hell I was going to drive that far for a quarter window and then he pulled out his phone and done a vehicle inventory search on their website and found my quarter glass. I said damn they have it he said yeah and showed me the picture so we drove out there but we got there 5 minutes before closing time and I was unable to get the part that day but the guy at the front desk said it would be ready for pickup the following morning and the next morning by golly they called me and said it's ready for pickup so I drove out there again and much to my surprise there it was sitting on the shelf and when they told me the price I almost laughed in their faces It was that good so I bought it and had my local glass shop install it and when it was all said and done it looked perfect. I could have not been happier with my purchase. Thanks to all of Marshall's Auto & Truck Parts employees for their outstanding customer service.

This place has the best prices in the area for used auto parts. The downside is that there is often a long wait to get the parts that you need. I have been coming here for years so I am used to the wait. I just make sure that I come here whenever I have time to kill.

Good luck. Great prices if you want the headache. I don't know if going there in person is better, but when you order over the phone nobody has a clue. Ordered 2 parts. Waited the weekend for my package, only for it to have 1 part in it called up, and they had no clue why it wasn't in there. But if I call back in the morning BO is the guy that handles it wow. Go somewhere else for the few extra dollars!

Okay first after reading all the negative reviews I was skeptical about driving 45 min. to this place today but the price of a lift gate for my 2005 Dodge Durango was unbeatable. I received nothing but professional courtesy from the second I walked through the door. Second the gentleman that showed me the part was the nicest guy I could have met, sorry dude I forgot your name but I will never forget how kind and courteous you were to me and how you helped me out. Wish I can give more stars but I know you'll appreciate the five. Thanks Marshall's
