I originally went in to get air in my tires which it being free was awesome. They notified me that one of my tires had a issue and that it was not safe to be driving on it etcera. They provided a great service and a great experience. I would recommend them for any tire issues.

Very friendly staff and price not bad. Wait time was a little long but they have no control over that. Hope I don't have to come back anytime time soon but when I do, it will be here.

I dropped my car off after hours to get rotation and balance and had a leak. The next day they called and said all done. I asked if they found the air leak. He hesitated, like he didn’t know there was a leak and said we didn’t notice anything. I said well your not gonna be able to eyeball it you need to get soap and water and find the leak. He sounded irritated and said well I’ll have to put it at the end of the line. I said that’s fine since you rotated it it’s now drivers rear. Went to pick it up and he wasn’t as nice as they usually are once I said my name. He said they didn’t find anything. Well three days later and guess what? Yep 20lbs low. I doubt they ever pulled it back in. So they lost a repeat customer. Took it to Goodyear, yea more expensive but you get what you pay for.l

I got my tires at this store, so they do free tire rotation and balancing. They are always super nice and chill. They have a nice waiting area with water and coffee while you wait, and if you have to leave during your appointment, they always call you when they're almost done. Will recommend these folks to anyone!!!

Every time I go here I get treated right. Had a bubble in my tire last time. They had a new one on there quickly, my warranty was renewed, and I was on my way. It's well worth stopping in if you're needing new tires.

I went in to replace two tires on the car that I only drive to and from work, so I try to not put any money into it. The front desk guys seem a little pushy at trying to up-sell you I'm not some soccer mom you can BS with predatory sales tactics. Probably won't be back to this location and wouldn't recommend.

Every time I go there the service is top notch. They are busy but it's worth the wait. If they can't see you in five min they alway apologize and explain why. Took my wife's Kia there with a huge screw in the tire thought it was going to be at least the cost of a new tire and labor but they called back 30 min later and said they had it patched it up and rotated tires free of charge.

Being in the customer service field I look for companise I prefer to give my business to and customer services is #1! I love the loyalty that Discount Tire has. They know I am a good customer by my account but I have a new car with tires I did not buy from them. They find a nail in my tire and fix it for FREE! Honesty is #2! Honest to tell me theyw were at a 3 hour wait so I wasn't sitting there wondering what was going on with my car. Thanks again for the help today!
