This place is such a blessing. They are great at what they do and they are amazing at helping people. I will never forget my last visit. It was a joy to go there.

I brought my gs450h in for winter tires and wheels just recently. This location failed to inform the customer that the lug nuts would be extra and that the original wheel nuts would not work. To top it all off they left a huge mess in the trunk things thrown all over the place as if they didn’t know what they were doing. The manager is polite, but overall service from the technicians is horrible. Please be aware.

Discount tire went above and beyond for me and I appreciate them so much. After an oil change, I was informed my front left tire was in terrible shape and i needed a new one. I am low on finances, and turns out my tires were so bad they needed to replace both of my front tires! Discount tires did that for me the same day on a very busy day for an unimaginable price! My car drives like it used to! I wouldn't be driving if it weren't for you all!!! Thank you!!!

Love these guys, we're able to get me in relatively quickly considering I had no reservation and did a good job rotating my Dodge Dually tires which is a major pain as they have to dismount and remounted for a simple rotation.

These guys were decent ten years ago. Now $117 for a discount, mount, balance, and valves. High price range, but not fair for questionable service.
a. My tires weren't cleaned until I asked, and still they didn't pressure wash them.
b. My tires weren't properly balanced (all weight on the outside & excessive)
I'll go back and see if their follow up service is better.
Edit: I returned to find out the used tires I had were out-of-round. Discount re-balanced the tires, ave they were a bit better. I just wish they told me the problem before they had finished ratherthan having to confront them.

Reliable tire sales and service. They do charge an installation fee in addition to the price of the tires, but prices are very reasonable. Free lifetime tire rotation with installation. Friendly service and a comfortable waiting area. We've bought a couple sets of tires here over the years and have had tires repaired, too -- always a good experience. My only criticism is that the charges (installation) aren't always made clear.

Integrity! These guys are the best. I purchased new wheels and tires here. One of the wheels came in chipped. I would never had noticed it, but the honest guys here, pointed it out, and replaced the wheel. Top notch business!

Best tire shop around. They offer the best prices on tires and friendly, efficient service (free rotations for life of the tires). The only downside is that they are so busy, it can sometimes be long waits.

Amazing customer service from the call to book an appointment, to the service when arriving at the shop to get the work done all the way till the work was done and I was on my way. I was greeted very warmly by te Assistang Manager (really sorry, forgot his name) when checking and just felt like a valued customer throughout the time there (which was not very long because they got things done fast!). The guys in the shop were also very nice and helpful with loading and unloading the wheels/tires from my car.
I was told it will be about an hour or so if I'm waiting for the tires to be mounted. I expected that so that was not an issue. About 25 minutes later, I got the thumbs up and my car was ready to go.
Very happy with my experience here and I will be recommending this place to anyone who asks about tire shops in the Bellingham area.response / report this review -

So, I got 3 nails in my tire, so I went back to Discount Tire to have it checked out and replaced. The tires themselves are less than 5 months old. The technician told me that they would not warranty the tire because in his opinion the damage was intentional, caused by a nail gun.
They ordered a replacement tire for me and It took over a week for them to get it; only to find out that they ordered the wrong sized tire. Now I am going on 2 weeks with a spare tire, and now I must wait until Wednesday, so they say, for the correct tire to come in.
On my initial visit, they never called to tell me my vehicle was ready or that they were ordering a tire. No one called me to inform me that the ‘new’ tire had arrived. I had to keep calling them because they didn’t know where it was and didn’t have a tracking number.
All I can say is that they better not charge me anything for this! I will never go back there again! LES SCHWAB FOR LIFE!!response / report this review -

Best Tire Shop in Town! I have been going here exclusively for at least 2 decades. Always excellent customers service and great prices. These guys really do go above and beyond. They have fixed my flats for free and worked around my schedule. Every single time I've left I've felt like it was an awesome experience and you just don't see that often anymore.
