Its cheaply built, but its got a bit a charm and is priced competitively with other places in Bellingham and its close to campus

Burnam Woods is great for a first time off campus housing but you still have RA's. A buddy of mine got written up for playing his acousitc guitar too loud at 3:00 pm with his window open. You can get some moody RA's apparently.
