Courteous helpgreat movie inventory. If you're a music collector though , it's slim pickens on the good stuff (classic rock) but have found great rarities in the pastright place ,right time. Reasonable pricesnever had to return anything for bad quality.

Great place to stop by and look for some old games that you might be itching to play. They also sell old consoles, even movies too. Trade ins are welcomed as well.

Always my go to place for gaming needs. The buy 5 get 1 free is always nice and the staff will genuinely chat with you about games. I've even had services offered that I was unaware of that were no cost. The staff engage with customers about problems and offer assistance instead of just giving vague responses.

Never had any issues, and we have coming here for years! Everything is insanely cheap too. The guys that work there are always so friendly and quick. Especially when i'm forced to go in there alone and trying to decide which game is compatible with my sons gaming systemsand i am clearly LOST! lol They always help and have a great attitude. We love this store!

Very nice selection of movies, blurays, & games. ONLY complaint is the poor service. All of the workers act like they hate their job & have no interest in helping you in any way. I understand it has been a long day, but it's their job, they can atleast pretend.

I have bought lots of games here and figures for the Disney Infinity system for my daughters. So when I'm looking for a use copy of FFXV, I called to see if they had any copies available. The guy told me they had four copies and the price was $30. So, I drive in to pick one up and there are four copies, but one is $32.99 and the others were $39.99. I spoke with a guy at the register and he basically said sorry for your luck. This bait and switch will be the end of my patronage at this place.

I immediately found a brand new copy for $39.99 on Amazon, and placed the order from my phone, along with this review. Just like that, a reputable business can make a shady move and lose a customer for life.

Save your time and hard earned Money dont buy anything or trade with these guys i went. To trade some games in the service was rude the clerk had and annoyed look i stood in line waiting for some one to say can i help you rudest store ever finally clerk says are you trade in as i got up to the counter he asks me troll mount of questions with an annoyed look on his face he asked for my id and am i the true owner of these games there not stolen there my personal. Collection the next question. Came we need a fingerprint scan sign this receipt. I asked why do you need my fingerprint thats unlawfuly wrong and illegal to capture my fingerprint gamestop doesn't do this they just take The games and give cash no question asked avoid disc replay go

They are the best game, movie, and entertainment shop in town. I had a super small issue with a disc not working. They went out of their way to ensure I got a new one as a replacement and gave me a credit for it. They have great, knowledgeable staff who are friendly plus they have a good preorder system. Their trade in prices are fair also. I'd recommend this place over anywhere in the Wabash Valley.

My daughter, daughter-in-Law, and myself try to come in at least once a week. We come in looking for Disney movies and other family movies to complete my daughter-in-law's collection. SHE has been able to get at 1 or more each time we come in. Very pleased with the employee's who work there. They are always nice and very helpful in trying to find something we are looking for and if they don't have it they put it on our wish list. If u are looking for something I would recommend going there first. I don't normally give reviews but they deserve a 5 star review. Thank You all for all that you do for your customers.
