Absolutely disgusting customer service. My sister went for her braces and when we talked about invisible braces they told us . “ it’s not that good the results will not be that great “.
Ok we agreed to proceed.
3 weeks later my sisters gum are in pain and she cannot eat.
We went back and insisted for the invisible braces after we had 2nd consultation that invisible are the best.
The front desk person asked us to sign a “ new contract “. Because invisible are different price.
When we originally wanted them they gave us a complete different quote.
Save your money and look elsewhere.

The first time my son came in for consultation it was a beautiful atmosphere stepping into this place. The staff members and doctor's are very respectful and kind. the service are very pleasing so I will definitely recommend diamond braces to a family member or friend 😊

I got my braces off in November although the staff was very nice. I’m was not satisfied with my end result. I have mention that to them a few times and they just said they couldn’t make it as straight because of the size of my teeth which didn’t make sense to me. I feel like that should of been mention in my consultation. It has been a few months and I’m still not happy with my teeth and feel like all that money was spent for me not to be satisfied.

Diamond orthodontist is the best! I've been going to this place to get my braces. The treatment is fast and the staff is always extremely friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.

So my friend recommended me to come to diamond braces and when I came I was impressed with the service. I love that the assistants are really helpful and talkative. I recommend all of you guys to come to diamond braces 👌

I have had consistently good service at this location. There is courteous staff and hygienic conditions. You will also be seen in a timely manner. Both my sister and I have attended this location and have been given high quality dental service.

What a amazing job they do here at Diamond Braces I've been coming here for approximately a year and noticed a drastic change in my smile and teeth. I recommended Diamond to my friends and they was amazed at the job they did. I'm so excited and can't wait to take off my braces. I would highly recommend Diamond Braces.

Diamond Braces has been a great experience for my son and I. I've had braces, so I know the experience can sometimes be painful and annoying. More so if the office isn't professional or rude. That's not the case here. When we have an appointment we are seen right away. Sometimes earlier than our appointment. They have taken time to explain everything to us. The people are nice and we are happy with how everything is going so far.
