I met Jennifer Abracht, through a running group, maybe 15 or more years ago. I mediately felt comfortable with the way she conducted herself as well as the breadth of her knowledge in the varied areas where I needed advice. Over the years I have had the opportunity to utilize the services of the firm for will preparation, power of attorney designation, residential issues and evaluation of a proposed property easement on my previous home site. Jennifer Abracht is without a doubt, the most competent attorney that I have ever met or dealt with. Jennifer has all the characteristics that define a great attorney; in and out of the court. Jennifer is a tactician when pursuing your goals, which is a quality that separates good attorneys from the great ones. Before hiring Jennifer for my custody case, I was represented by an attorney for 3 years who was clearly more concerned about her reputation with the judges than the well-being of my son. The case went to trial and quickly became a 3 ring circus and nothing about the best interests of our 4-year-old son.
