  Respond to RAJ V fake review
  I have been in business for 40+ years and 17 years at current location. With over thousands of happy and satisfied customers, I am very proud of it.
  We never repair or install any parts without customer’s approval. Whoever wrote this review is a fake, how we know it is fake we never start on any vehicle without giving estimate and also we keep old parts to show customer and they do appreciate that too.

  Worst experience, please don't go to this shop for repair.
  They did not gave any estimate when i dropped my car for repair, they did not inform/called me and changed some parts which does not fixed my car problem at all, but took money for repair and parts they claim they change :( :(

  Diamond Automotive Service is my absolute favorite car mechanic place in town! Whenever I have an issue with my car, they make sure to take the time, check everything thoroughly, and fix it. I can recommend it to everyone. Not only will your car get fixed, but you will also appreciate the friendliness!

  I recently went to Grease Monkey on Main St in Normal IL and got an oil change. The next day my antifreeze was leaking out of my car and I was not sure why. I took it back to the Grease Monkey on Veterans close to Todd Dr and they stated to me I cracked my radiator and it would be a $500 charge. I took it here to Diamond Auto for a second opinion and walked away with a $20 charge for something that was minor. I'm not sure what the issue was, but I'm pretty sure Grease Monkey lied to me because I do not know much about cars and I'm a female. I really love this guy :)

  They are great and good price for what they do. I took my car to another shop for repairs they wanted $1770.64 to fix it but these guys they did it for last then $500.00 and they fixed same things I do recommend this shop to all my family and friends. Thank you diamond automotive for great job

  I went to three automotive service centers for estimates to fix tire issues with my 2000 Buick Century. Diamond Automotive was certainly the most helpful, informative, and more concerned about my car than up-selling me. My car now rides like a champ again and it didn't cost me a fortune or even close to it. I will certainly not be taking my car anywhere else and will recommend Diamond Automotive to all of my friends and students!!!

  Friendly, Honest, and Fast
  I needed a new alternator so I called about 10 mechanics around the Bloomington-Normal area for quotes. Diamond Automotive Services gave me the best price by far. They were able to get me in the same day. I was back on the road in no time. The service was friendly and they took the time to answer all my questions with care. I would recommend Diamond Automotive Services to anyone in the Bloomington-Normal area who is looking for a mechanic they can trust.
