  Some guy named Carlos who had a Name tag as a manager put my account on hold for 2 days because i tried to withdraw a large amount even though my funds were available. Along with the fact that the amount i was asking for wasn't even a quarter of my total balance lol. Now my account is suspend for 2 days. This really messed up everything for me. Desert schools is good for like a college students with 600 bucks or less in there account. If you have big transactions and larger amounts of incoming and outgoing transfers just use chase don't waste your time with these broke bums.

  I have been banking with Desert Schools for 10+ yrs, I recently had a problem which caused a huge headache for me and this branch, Matthew Williams (DSFCU Member Solutions Rep) help and understanding through the trouble has made me appreciate banking with them.

  I wouldn't recommend this location at all, every single time I go there, its ALWAYS a problem. Although this location is down the street from my home, I am really considering taking the inconvenience and finding a different branch.

  Terrible place to trust your money to. They will look to profit from it in any way possible. Very high monthly service fee that they will automatically take from your account and the overdraft fees are also very high. If you would like to put your money somewhere where you can trust it will be handled respectfully then go elsewhere! They will try and steal and lie to grab your money wherever possible.

  Have been a true customer for over 10 years.customer service has been inconsistent and nothing to brag about lately. New people behind the counter and new management is not what I am used to. Will try to do everything online from now on.revised on 3/02/17, I have been seeing some improvements as of lately.

  Their nice, but they need more locations, they're few and far between. Gone back to the bigger banks. More convenient locations everywhere .
