These guys really hooked it up! Only took 3 days for them to do the full tune bike prep, guys communicated well, and the service was on point!

Very friendly and helpful staff! Perfect place to buy or rent outdoor gear. My husband and son both mountain bike so we will be back. Highly recommend this shop.

My friend that is 82 years old came into this shop to buy a new rim. They did not have the correct rim in Stock so convinced him they had one that would work. The incorrect rim continues to sheer the stem off every few days leaving him stranded. I have taken him in to have it fixed three times. When I told them they had taken advantage of my friends age, I was asked how them providing him a free service of repairing the sheered inner tube was taking advantage. They created the problem in the first place. So next time I will take my friend to a good bike shop.

I've bought all the family bikes here and they're simply the best at finding the right bicycle for the right person. Step into their new shop and see for yourself. You'll be their customer for life too. Looking forward to paying off my daughters bike this week. Get out and ride the weathers great!

Very impressed! Said hello when I came in and asked me what they could do for me. They were able to fit my boots to my bindings and make the necessary DIN adjustments while I was at the store. Definitely going back for any additional gear and tune ups for my skis!

This is a great company with people who care. I brought my tire for a flat repair. I thought I would have to leave it and retrieve it tomorrow. The repair man grabbed it out of my hand and fixed it within 6 minutes. I thought I would have to pay $20, but I had to pay $10. I realized a needed a $1 part after I paid. He said; 'do you have a dollar' - I said I am a no cash kind of guy. He said; we will catch you next time. Makes me want to go back. Makes me think - these people are good at it; and they will be good at it for a long time (you keep treating your people like that).

I rented all of the gear necessary for a family ski trip, from the boots and skis to gloves and goggles they had it all. Quality and well maintained, the only problem is that the poles they selected were too short for me but that was my fault for not checking them before leaving town. The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable about the equipment as well as the location we were going. Couldn't ask for more at a rental shop.

One stop shop for everything you need before heading off to the slopes. Great rates on rental gear and it was nice to already have passes prior to getting to the ski resort. Rented Adult and kids gear but felt the kids gear should have been a little less than adults but it was still nice and convenient. Also, they have a bus that leaves from the shop that will take you to the ski resorts that would be something fun to take one day. I will visit again!
