Please don't come here I got bit by bed bugs and as soon as I told the the manager who's name is Harry didn't do anything for me. He just brushed me off and said we'll take care of it in the morning. Once I woke up he wasn't even there. I told the person after him who couldn't provide me any info on the manager, owner or anything. Very unprofessional. Don't waist your time find something better it's worth not getting bit by bugs all over your face.

Simple check-in and check-out. Clean room. Working TV and AC. Warm shower. What more can you ask for for a sub-$100 room?

I have stayed here twice, the first stay was great. Clean and updated room with microwave and Fridge. The room was nice size and remodeled recently. The second stay was horrible. We were given a tiny dingy room. No lighting and 1 outlet. No microwave. The room felt like a closet. My advice is if you are gonna stay here ask for an outer room facing the overpass.

The Service Was good, we got Fridge to keep our food cool and Flat 50 in TV and the room walls are painted. But over all the people who work there are very nice and they make sure you feel welcomed.

I stayed here for 2 days and satisfied with what I paid. Close to freeway and free parking always available. I checked in at midnight, Person at reception was clam. Rooms are clean and walls are painted, which is really beautiful and unique.

Stayed here for 2 days, had an amazing experience. Nice cozy rooms. Staff was really helpful and it is very near to Rosebowl 10-15 minutes away on foot. Would stay here again. :)

Hotel is nice and clean, the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I felt very welcomed. I will definitely choose to stay here our next trip out to that area.

We arrived earlier than check-in after a long early morning flight, and the front desk staff was not willing to HOLD OUR LUGGAGE until check-in. Ok fine. Then, when it was time to check in, we came in and there was NO SHAMPOO or even an IRON in our room?! I tried asking for these items at the desk but no one answered even though I know they were there a few minutes earlier to let us in. BUT the LAST STRAW was when we found not one but two bugs (not bed bugs but the larger kind that bite like ants) IN OUR BED only after my husband was awakened by SIX BITES on his arms. Gross! The staff was reluctant to believe us and claimed pest control comes every few weeks. We convinced them to give us a refund and we went to another hotel. WOW. Just WOW.

Our third stay here in the past few years. Hotel has a good location around the corner from Pasadena. We booked on Expedia and price was reasonable. Rooms are comfortable and we will be returning here next time.

Scabies. A croked room. Tons of freaken noise from freeway and construction. Couldn't sleep! Hot water took long. The towels are meant for midgets!

Stayed here this weekend. Room was small and very outdated. Never found the fridge and microwave advertised. Hot water was non-existent in the shower. Weird yet cool art on the wall. I'd stay here again but it would be lower on the list. Nice staff. Weird checkout time.

We arrived on the "can check in from time" the woman begrudgingly checked us in. We went to the room and it had blatantly only just been vacated by someone else! The bedding was still unfurled. We went back to complain and ask if the room could be cleaned before we used it. we were told to wait. When we got back into the room the room smelt overwhelmingly of cleaning spray as it to make a point or something. The room was tiny. Double bed only just fitted in the room. No real facilities nearby but made do for a few nights
