Alarm tech showed up within the specified time. He was courteous, thorough, and respectful. I appreciated his answering my question and most of all not pressuring me to buy more than I wanted. He did an excellent job of installing the equipment even cleaning up and removing up the old sensors.

The folks I've dealt with on the phone have all been courteous and professional.
Still waiting for my visa gift cards. We'll see if I get what I was promised.

Everything from the first phone call to the installation was just wonderful. The honesty everyone projected was fabulous. The friendliness and the knowledge of the technician who installed our new system was out of this world. I didn't feel pressured at any point and he always told me step by step what he was doing. Couldn't have asked for a better individual or a more honest one. He was the "TOPS". I would definitely recommend ADT to anyone if they needed a security system.

Our technician, Adam, was wonderful. He was very patient with all of my/our questions, very professional and respectful of us and our home, and very careful about installation. We did have to call customer service a couple of days after the installation to have some questions answered, and I was directed in making changes so that we did not have to have anyone come out. I am so impressed so far!! :)

Your representative was very prompt. Dan was very knowledgeable about all security products available. He suggested areas of coverage that we had not considered. He did a thorough "walk through " our home. I, many years ago, had worked for a very reputable security company in Ft. Worth, TX , therefore I was aware of a lot of the security basics. This young man surpassed any and all of my expectations! He was very detailed oriented and when asked, very truthful about costs and coverage. I would and will definitely "toot my horn",so to speak about the quality and efficiency of your Company. I feel so much more at ease and secure since I've lived "out in the country " since moving to TN.

My installer, Jim, was fantastic he was very personable and gave me every option that I had. I wish when I was setting up the installation they would've told me that the offer was only for a landline and I wasn't told until after everything was installed. But the technician was very helpful and walked me through everything.

The entire installation went off without a hitch. Our technician was right on time, completed his assessment and explained the entire installation and the options that were being offered. Once we determined exactly what we wanted, he began to install the system. He was very thorough and tested every sensor. He then explained system operation in great detail. We are extremely happy with our security system and it works just as advertised. I highly recommend an ADT security system for any home!

Defenders is a high action company that is wanting to make sure you are protected. The call center was filled with people who looked motivated and wanted to do their best to help.

Without working for Defenders or being a member I can't in good faith rate this a good or bad company.

OK, for the record. This is Brandy's partner/father of our child. And this is my email address. Who you think takes care of the books? Anyway, pushing onward. So the service/install went Great! The service tech was professional, has a positive demeanor, knowledgeable about ADT products has to offer, and we would have NO qualms about referring Him and the company to our friends/family/etc. That being said, we have agreed that so long as our service techie is with the company we would not like any other person to handle any issues we may have if any, to come to our home. Due to the way he was in Welcoming us to the ADT family, that-and private security reasons of course. Being that we already know who our "Techie" is and I won't have to raise my alert status if someone else shows up representing ADT falsely. With that if for instance our techie is no longer with the company we would like prior notification as to who will be servicing equipment in our area please. This way we can meet outside in a "neutral" zone before then. Well to much to do so I'll conclude this by saying we look forward to being with the company and having peace of mind knowing my family is safe when I'm not present (work, medical, or otherwise.)

The friendliness, expertise and consideration of the two gentlemen, that came to my home, had me in awe.
They took the time to explain everything and to understand my financial limitations.
They then called their home office, to see if they could attain an additional discount because they truly believed that the security options they had suggested would be best.

The man that came to install our ADT Home security explained what we needed to be covered. He was excellent. I feel more safer now that we had this installed. He went over it all with us.. Being Safe then sorry.

The communication as to what we were interested in did not get communicated properly to the technician. He came ready to install and we wanted to understand our options. He was very helpful in explaining the options and once we settled on what we wanted, he did great job in installing and then in showing how the systems worked.

The service technician, Justin, was extremely helpful and friendly. He made the experience very pleasant and worked hard to make sure we got what we needed. He even helped to alleviate my "sticker shock" and I now feel I received a great product. I am currently happy to have it in my home.

The install was absolutely the best experience possible. The technician was professional, informative and thorough. All of my questions were answered and my concerns addressed given the significance they deserved. The service has yet to be tested, but I am positive the system installed will operate admirably.
