Easy to find and get in and out of. Went at night could have brighter lighting in the parking lot to make me feel saferbut wasn't busy got in and out no problems. Order online and pick at customer service customer service was very thoughtful and nice to deal with too.

Lady that was working customer service desk 4:30 PM. December 12, 2017 refused to assist me and was extremely rude. I will report to corporate!!

A Khol's card is a trap. You are never allowed to overpay on your card bill. The cashier's may or may not let you know when your bill is due, and cannot access your exact balance to read it back to you. They will simply not accept your payment on the card, and the interest is ridiculous. The only way to access this information is to go to the back of the store and to make a phone call to an answering service. Once you have your balance you can make payments on it.
Your bills come in the mail late after the payment is due. If you are very meticulous and keep track of everything then it's very advantageous and it's a cool way to shop. I avoided all of the late fees and issues because I was prompt in paying it. But I ran into all these snags along the way and an employee was VERY honest with me about the company.
Besides that. The inside is generally well kept. The displays are nice. The prices are okay on clothes. But one of my issues is that cashier's are not always available? You have to kind of look around and see which side of the store has a cashier on it and if they haven't left by the time you get there then you're good to go! I love the products but not so much the way things are run.response / report this review -

Good place to shop cloths from. Good customer service. Prices are not expensive and you can get really good brands for lower price through coupons and clearens. The only thing I did not like last summer I got two teshirts and the got damaged only few days after I used. So do not blindly trust all brands

Gail, cashier was very friendly & helu explained about my rewards & young lady working in shoes,r Ma verija, helped me quite awhile. getting my shoes for me, smiling the whole time. Thanks to both ladies. Both of them are 5's
I do wish the reward system wasn't so complicated. I don't like just being able to use a few days, sometimes I don't even know when I can use them. This time I was there but have to come

It's Koh's. They seem to have a more limited selection than some of the other stores in Indy. If you can go to another Kohl's, I would recommend doing so.
