Never renting a boat before I was very skeptical about this. I was expecting some sort of problem but everything went smoothly and equipment was top notch. We had a great experience and I was very impressed with the customer service!

Remember the 3 F's well this is one of them. It floats. Renting any watercraft is easy at the Island Resort. The Web site is easy to use and reserve anything for a day of fun on the lake. Including preording food for the day. We arrived in a motor home problem was parking. They solved my problem by allowing us to park in the boat storage lot right next door. Went out of there way to make our time with them easy. We had to come back to the dock to pick people and a raft up on different occasions and they were right there to help.
Boat was a 23 ft Sea Ray with a monster motor and dual prop. Pulled everyone who skied out of the water with no problem. Great fun at a fantastic lake.

My family has come to Deer Creek several times a year for the past several years. Our children are teens and young adults, and the wave runners are perfect for us! We reserve them, show up to pick them up. They put them in the lake for us, and we play for the day!! We come around once or twice, the guys flag us in, we stay on the machine as they take us to get gas, and put us back in the water where we are off again. We picnic on the beach while the kids trade off driving for 8 hours. Everyone gets all the time on the machines they want. We have no worries, no upkeep, no issues! This is one of our favorite vacations. We come when we need a break for a day, and have always come away happy!! THANKS for making our summers memorable.

I love this lake and hate to give a bad review but there is no way of getting in contact with anyone. I've tried calling multiple numbers no answer.

Best rental experience that i have ever had. We were signed up for a 2-6 rental time, but ended up actually getting on the water at 2:30 and unprovoked they extended our rental time to 6:30 ( i'm sure that if there was someone scheduled after us this wouldn't be an option, so don't count on it; but they really are about you enjoying your trip). Quality equipment! They will launch and trailer the boat for you (the two scary parts) and insurance is an available option on the rentals unlike other rental companies.

My wife and I rented a kayak here and had a great time. It was actually too windy for us to go out near the island, but they drove some kayaks down to a more sheltered area for us so that we could still go. Everyone we talked to was very friendly and helpful. We plan on going back.
