Came in today to get an oil change. The sign out front says 29 min oil change. Arrived at 230 and now 345 left here what happened to the 29 min oil change. Should of went to jiffy lube I guess. Last service it took 330 hours for tires and rear brakes. This is sad. Thr reason it took so long is because they got behind they look at me when I said something and said your not paying anyway. That right I wasn't paying but the company I work for is. Then some other lady that worked there chilled in and said that's for a basic oil and that's what I got.

I have been taking my vehicles in for service for almost 20 years now. I recently had my 2014 Ford Escape in for oil change and tire rotation. Service was rapid and Delores, as always, was friendly and professional. However, I am noticing that now my vehicle is pulling ever so slightly to the right. I actually took a detour to a newer 70-mph highway to clarify that it was my vehicle, and not the roads, to blame. Now, I need to take time out of my busy life to take it back. This is very frustrating.

The staff is professional and prompt. Always preparing an estimated cost on all repairs and services. Usually the final cost is less than estimate.
I understand that having service work done is never much fun. These people are dedicated to making your experience as painless as possible.
Special mention to John Mark, Delores and Doug for your great attitudes.
On occasion they even have your vehicle cleaned just to show appreciation for the business.
Good group of people doing a great job.

If you find a good price online do not believe it, it is not the actual price of the vehicle. It is after all rebates have been applied which nobody ever qualifies for ALL of them. Look at Capital Fords website and shop there, or any other dealership where they are upfront with their pricing and do not list low prices only to jack them up when you go to purchase.

Very pleased with my recent service. The new facility was clean and very impressive. The people were very nice and helpful. The service itself was fairly quick. Overall this was a pleasant experience.

Great (and quick) service! Wonderful people in service and in sales. One of the salesman took a moment to show my 4-year old grandson the Cobra he had his eye on ;) He's already picking out cars! :o

The service personnel a Deacon Jones Ford in Smithfield are some of the most courteous folks I've ever come across. They took my vehicle right in and made sure that I had a comfortable waiting area. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time and to my satisfaction. This is just icing on the cake for me as I already was delighted with the sales and finance staff and sales management. This dealership is top notch when it comes to people skills. It's an hour from me and I will gladly drive out of my way to do business at this location. Love these people!
