I have had a couple sets of tires, and, a front wheel bearing replaced. Their work is excellent, and, price is very competitive. They'll get my work from now on.

My husband and I got stuck at the gas station across the highway in our 95 Ford Bronco. We had been driving for 2 hours and had just stopped for gas. When we went to turn over the vehicle there was nothing, no electic. This was before any of the automotive places were opened. After my husband couldn't figure out the problem we called Pfaff and they picked up (before business hours). My husband explained the problem, the mechanic talked to him over the phone and told him what to do to attempt to get the vehicle going and if not they could send a tow truck. They said it would be 3-4 hours before they could get to it. Well we are on a road trip down to Arkansas from Illinois for Thanksgiving, but we deemed waiting that long would be fine. My husband was able to get the truck going thanks to the advice of a mechanic and we headed over. To our surprise they took the Bronco back right away and replaced the bad battery cable and got us back on the road within the hour! Thank you Pfaff for your generous help today. We could not be more grateful. Truly. Have a good Thanksgiving!

The owner, Robert, is an incredible guy. Perhaps the nicest person I've met in the automotive industry. We had an impact bulge in our tire and noticed it while in Pontiac, nearly two hours from home. He didn't have the size we needed but took the time to call every shop in Pontiac to find us one. When nobody in town had one, he started calling nearby towns to help us out. Many calls later, Robert found us our odd size at a shop he knew of up in Dwight. I can't say enough great things about the service we received today. Thanks again.

We were at the start of our cross country road trip, travelling from Ohio when we started getting a thumping from our tires. We went to Pfaff Tire & Auto and they immediately started looking for the problem. They took care of us promptly and got us on our way. They were so courteous, friendly and most of all fair. I can't speak highly enough of them. Thank you!
