Nice, friendly customer service rep at front desk. Good breakfast. Clean. Would recommend!

The hotel room is beautiful. They have a very good breakfast that's included. However, the hotel allows dogs. I'm a huge dog lover, but the hotel has fleas. I was bit several times while trying to get breakfast.

First impression was nice, but overall I would give them a poor rating. I sought assistance because my bed was broken (discovered by maintenance after 1 horrible nights sleep) and they replaced the box spring. However there was no fixing the flat, hard pillowsthey were like bricks.. The second night we were disturbed by a loud sound for over an hour, and staff could not figure out what it was. It was heard on 3 floors. The water pressure is pitiful in the shower. Seriously do yourself a favor and find another hotel.

I've been here for one day and I've checked into the 3rd room and here's why, which btw I have pictures and videos of this. First room was filthy in the bathtub AND the pipe to the shower head broke, the actual piping that is. So I was given another room and low and behold, a HUGE water pile under the AC unit. No manager on Sunday, that says alot in my pinion. I was told i would be contacted tomorrow about this. Urgency just doesn't seem to exist with this place, let alone customer service. I should have spent a few more dollars for a better, cleaner and more friendly environment. This is what happens when you try and cut corners, you get what you pay for. I wish I could post the video. I will upload them to my YouTube channel for other to see.

    Annoyed traveler from Boston.

Nice facility, nice room. Would have been 5 stars, but waking up with no water and having to travel 12 hours is not how I wanted to end my trip. Front desk could have handled it a little better too. Oh ya, your guests should have to plug in the waffle maker either

Reserved over the phone with a credit card. They had forgotten about it the next day and tried to tell us they were fully booked. After raising a bit of a stink, they gave us a nice room at a good rate. Staff were pleasant and the room was cozy.

Price was very reasonable, but there is not too much more nice I can say about this specific location. The room we stayed in was supposed to be a non-smoking one, but it had a very heavy smell of cigarettes. We had to open the windows for hours while we went out to dinner, but even that didn't help much. In the hotel's defense, I did not let the front desk know about this because I was only staying the one night. When I got back later at night, there were at least three raccoons rummaging in the dumpster in the parking lot. The hotel needs to do a better job of securing their trash to prevent this from happening. The following day on the way out, I noticed that the elevator license had expired a couple of weeks prior. I know that is just a fee you pay to renew, but it seems like that should be a priority for them. Hopefully the renewal license is"in the mail." Anyway, I would say the hotel is in need of a renovation. The staff seem friendly enough, but I had limited contact with them while I was there so I can't really comment too much on that.

Very clean place with a decent free breakfast. Friendly and efficient front desk. Reasonable rates. Needs improvement - no charging stations in the rooms at all. Only two user accessible outlets - bring an extension cord. Difficult to use the blackout curtains on the window because doing so completely covers the A/C.

Will do the job, but the room stunk and the hallways are super dark and look sketchy. It was right by the beach where I was at and that was almost the only good thing. I liked the massage bar and shampoo and conditioner. That's about it. The staff wasn't that friendly at first but the lady who checked us out was a lot nicer.

Love it here. Hotel and pool are wonderful. You can walk over to The Fresh Market and get great things for dinner!! Nice pizza place next door is also a plus.

Rooms were clean and breakfast was tasty. Late check-out (1pm) was offered when we checked in late night, which was very convenient.

Location is convenient with several shops and restaurants in walking distance, including two grocery stores. Staff is helpful and friendly. When I arrived the desk clerk said they were out of rooms with desks, but when I let him know I was here for work and would need a desk he upgraded me to a king mini-suite with a desk since I was staying several nights. Rooms are very clean but my room only had a very thin blanket and the weather was chilly during my stay. Could have used a warmer blanket. Breakfast is fine with bacon/sausage, eggs, cereal, etc. Fitness room is fairly small but had a good treadmill which was what I needed. Pool looks nice but I did not use it. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel was clean, obviously going through an update, which was very nice!! Parking was easy! Close to 95 and Turnpike, stores and restaurants!
Our room was spotless!!! We had our dogs with us for a dog show and we were given a first floor near the lobby, which made our lives so convenient with the dogs. The grounds were also well maintained. Our breakfast in the morning was delicious and hot! The staff worked hard at keeping the buffet stocked and organized!! All the employees were helpful and friendly! Brian(I believe that was his name) on the front desk when we checked in was amazing!! I had called to double check our reservation, he fixed a few mistakes, he was very helpful about some questions concerning our dogs also!! We felt safe taking our dogs out at night for walks, pleasant area!! Thank you, we will be back!
