The place is quiet if anything and people usually keep to themselves. The rooms could be better and service was decent. If you are looking for a quick bite, fast food restaurants are right down the street.

The room was nice and we even got upgraded to a suite which was great. The outlets in the room barely worked though so it was difficult charging our devices. We were not given any information about the free continental breakfast at checkin so we ended up eating out every morning. The staff seemed friendly though.

Checked into room 105 and I was displeased with the
conditions of the room. After checking in, I discovered roaches in my
food & bed. There were at least 3 or 5 roaches. There was also blood
residue on the bathroom walls n floor. I have pictures to prove it. I
showed The pictures to front desk and they issues $35 back on to my
debit card as a refund. After paying $103 I expected a whole refund. I
have been in cheaper hotels with better service

Great location, walk to McDonalds, CVS, Restaurants. Just off highway, easy access. Rooms are great, pool is surrounded by Inn. My room had a burned out entry light, a non-working TV, semi-blocked toilet, did the scam that charged me $2.50 for a safe. The room was nice if dated, fine at the price. Security seemed good. Orlando hotels aren't that, great for the $$. I will certainly stay again, AFTER I check the room out. Don't check in late

Old sleeper couch. Old springs. Would have been pleased with Memory Foam Mattress at least. Two lamps in suite without working bulbs. Towels ultra small. It does have two televisions, one upstairs and one down and 1.5 bath. Tub should be restored better. All in all, I've had worse and pool is small but nice and staff is pleasant. They allow dogs, we had a little Yorkie. Still great visit. Thanks!

I love this hotel--great location and a peaceful, beautifully landscaped courtyard with fountain and clean pool! One of the male desk clerks was not professional, but I CANNOT say enough good things about the manager Jami (sp?). I was there almost two weeks and watched her pay extraordinary attention--every single day--to making sure guests and property were well cared for. She was informed and informative, detail oriented, professional --and I saw her manage several challenging situations very intelligently, and fairly/appropriately. She's the reason I'll return to that property and why i give it 4 stars!

I was visiting a friend in a suite. Upstairs/downstairs in suite. Nice size TV, watched the game. Nice size bathroom. Didn't go upstairs as I was someone's guest.

I called the front desk and asked for a credit card authorization for an employees' stay and gave her my email address which I had to spell out a few times (no big deal) and when I stated that the email hasn't came through after waiting what seemed to be awhile, she told me I needed to "refresh".. Mind you, I said yes I tried that and checked my spam. I then asked if she could try to fax it, that is when she said very rudely "don't you already have one?" I then stated, if I had one, I wouldn't have called you for one. And that is besides the point, I don't care if a customer asks for something 5 times, it is your job to provide excellent service and provide one. I asked to speak to the manager and of course she said it was her. I would hate to be lead by her example.

Hospitality means you need to provide great customer service. This hotel just lost months of business with our company.

Customer Service Training is really needed at this hotel.

You need to read the book "Lessons from the Mouse" by Dennis Snow.

Attending a week long class in Orlando recently, I booked the room for five days through Priceline. Although only $33 a night, this place was more of a Daze Inn rather than a Days Inn.

First and foremost, the motel is badly in need of renovation. The pictures on the Trip Advisor page were quite dated. The lobby, pool area and parking lot were dirty and not well maintained. The hallways were not well lit and had numerous burned out light bulbs.

The motel seemed to cater to drug dealers, prostitutes and those bordering on homeless.

I would never stay here with my family but ended up staying because all I needed was a place to crash at night while attending class during the day. Priceline does not offer a money-back guarantee on cancelled reservations.

My room constantly smelled like Lysol. I wasn't sure whether they piped it through or sprayed when I wasn't around although I kept the "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door my entire stay. The one positive point about the room was the very hot water in the shower. I enjoy taking hot showers.

The free breakfast was nothing to rave about. Bagged muffins from Costco, Folger's coffee, boxed cereal, apples and a waffle maker. Only did breakfast once - starved the rest of the week.

Made the mistake once - won't do it again. Although staying here was much cheaper than where everyone else was in my class, sleeping in my car would have been safer

The room was full of mold we asked to change rooms they said no my wife has asthma could not breath. We even found roach. Management told us to open door and air it out that this was their best room. Wow

Even after the bad reviews I checked in to the Days Inn Hotel in Altamonte Springs in Orlando Florida. I was greeted nicely and was giving a nice cleaned room by the office on the first floor. I gladly receive instructions to a location after realizing that my phone was dead, I was giving simple and easy to follow directions which got me in time, therefore not missing the wedding I was attending. The room was clean, didn't see any bugs like in the review, glad they took care of that issue, the location was perfect, the bed was nice and comfy. I was close to the amenities that the hotel had to offer. If I had another event in Orlando Florida and it was close to this Days Inn Hotel in Altamonte Springs I would use them againg.

Room was decent. Clean, coffee pot, and shampoo. Was able to book last minute. Big Problem with customer service that night. We went without Internet because we couldn't bring ourselves to deal with the lady at the counter again.

Where do i start? Wasn't expecting much for the price i paid but this was ridiculous. The room completely outdated, asked/paid for queen bed and I'll eat this ph and my words if it was, it could barely be called a full bed. 2 lights didn't work, found several bugs to kill and the room was not cleaned once in 3 days. That's just the beginning, trying to get extra towels and toiletries from the front desk was like pulling teeth. If u ignore everything else that has been written by myself or anyone else in here do not ignore this: BE VERY CAREFULnot only did we see, first hand, how to say this, "ladies" that charge by the hr or for drugs..but plenty of drug deals in the parking lot and rooms. Mind you, this was just a 2 day, weekday stay and we saw all this. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE!!!
