I frequently deliver pizza to this hotel and it is a nice, quiet hotel located off of university and just a heartbeat away from UCF. Perfect if you're visiting a student.

Clean, comfortable room at a reasonable price. Free hot breakfast as well. Staff is very welcoming. I would stay here again for a night or an extended stay. May not have all the frills of other hotels, but they have everything you need and more for a very fair price.

This place is literally a home away from home. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large, comfortable, and clean. I stay here every time I'm visiting this area. Definitely worth it.

I just wanted to share how immensely terrific my recent stay at this hotel was. My son and I had the absolute best time at here, and I can only think of one thing that distinguishes the Marriot TownePlace Suites next to UCF from other hotels. That one thing that sets this hotel apart from other brands both competitors and within the Marriott Brand is the staff. Great service from check in to check out makes this hotel a home away from home. This is my fourth stay here, and we would most definitely come back.

My first night at this hotel I'm on the 4th floor and I constantly hear the people above me. I asked to be moved to another floor, only when I said if you can't accommodate this I will be checking out, I then get another room. After I finally fall asleep, the fire alarms sound off and everyone heads outside, someone doesn't know how to cookmaybe? There's no fire. Still waiting on fire department to clear the building before we can go back in. This will be my first, and last stay. The walls and ceilings are so thin, you hear everything. I will NEVER be back. I can't give 0 stars. I spoke to Management about being told that if I checked out because the hotel was too noisy that I still will be charged. Management didn't seem concerned about the noise factor offer alarm. I rated this a1 star, until I talked to the GM. She's awesome! I would go back because of her.

Rooms were up to date and well laid out. It appeared to be newly renovated. Service was very friendly. Pool is almost a joke but they do have one. Located conviently near UCF, not allot within walking distance as an FYI.

We stayed here during our recent hurrication (hurricane evacuation) when Irma came to Florida. It was ideal for our needs. The staff was so kind and positive, despite being inundated with anxious guests and countless phone calls from others desperately trying to find a room somewhere. I was truly impressed with all the people I met who worked there, especially those who stayed at the hotel throughout the storm. It could not have been easy for them to remain professional under that kind of stress. But they did, and it made a difficult situation for all of us a little easier.

The hotel is just down the street from the University. The hotel has a kitchenette a pool workout room a computer room. Breakfast starts at 6 either have sausage pork or turkey or bacon and eggs cereal hot oatmeal bagels and toast and fruit and a waffle. There's an outside pool. Rooms are modern clean. I've been here for a couple days the staff wavery friendly. Very close to restaurants and attractions within the area.

I think my experience was just bad luck. First room was next to someone having loud hanging sex. Second room was next to someone snores like a bear. Third room had an AC issue. I think the AC was not properly maintained or cleaned. It smelled like mold/mildew when I turned it on. It was hard to breath :(

Sure it comes with kitchen but for me it failed its primary purpose. Rest after a long day at work.

Luckily there are other hotels priced similarly to this one.

The room is more like a studio apartment than a regular hotel room as it comes fully furnished with a full kitchen; full size fridge, dishwasher, oven and stove, and even dishes! The room is spacious and it is easy for two, perhaps even three people to share the space in comfort. The A.C. is remotely auto controlled however, and the buttons on it are disabled. I'd really like to control it manually since it keeps turning on and off which makes it hard to sleep sometimes. It would also be nice if they could partner with a different off site room service company. We didn't have a good experience with the room service. I'd go into more detail but it's not actually part of the hotel. Everything else is fine, the complementary breakfast is good, cleaning services are good, and front desk employees are very helpful.

As a business traveler, proximity to the office was they key reason for choosing this hotel. I like the fridge and microwave in the room. This would be awesome for families. The room was clean but could stand to be updated. Very small fitness center.
