Check in staff was friendly and offered to help carry our bags. My biggest complaint is the mattress which was like a rock and the pillows were flat and wore out. We woke up multiple times during the night because it was so uncomfortable. We both woke up with back pain as sleeping on our sides hurt our hips. They really need to invest in some new mattresses. I will pay double next time to stay somewhere else if they still have the same mattresses! Otherwise the decor is dated but I can live with that if I can get a gpod nights sleep.

Staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. Rooms and facility are very clean. We were there on a Friday morning and the only thing I could suggest is adding eggs (other than hard boiled) to the breakfast.

Decent continental breakfast. The fact that is has a pool and a hot tub and a sauna was a huge plus. There was a lot of late night partying in the halls though and I had to tell people to quiet down multiple times.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. They provided a very good hot breakfast. I would stay there again if I was in the area.

The staff was just so friendly and helpful. After a day of riding ATV in the pouring rain we came back to the motel and I asked the woman at the front desk if we could possibly get our jackets and our snow pants dried so we could ride again the next day. She said no problem. she gave me a bag to put everything in I dropped it off at the front desk and when it was all dry she dropped it off at our room what great service!

The elevator did not work during my stay and some of the key cards don't work. Rooms are okay size, very dated but new flat screen TV. Coffee makers in the room don't work very well, but the iorn is excellent. The rooms are clean, the sheets look fresh. Staff is nice but seems to be Clueless.

Excellent service! The front desk lady upgraded our room for free and was super friendly. Our room had a king bed, a Jacuzzi, a nice fridge with a spare freezer. The hotel also had a nice pool that we didn't have time to use. My only concern was that the interior was rather dated, the sink was outside of the bathroom, and the price wasn't stellar for a discount hotel.

Staff was friendly and room was comfortable. We were informed that their website was wrong and the pool is not open 24 hours but they did allow us to use it until about 12:30am so I felt they had made that right.
