WOW! I stayed at this hotel one night last week, and was more than satisfied with our visit. Friendly Staff, that acommodated to everything I needed, and did so with a smile. Rooms were cleaned properly, yes, they need to do a little updating, but for how cheap it was to stay here, I really couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The experience I had at this hotel was authentic. If your looking for a hotel to stay at in the Clarksville area, this should be at the top of your list. Right off of exit 4, convenient location.
great. I canceled my reservation in plenty of time and my card was still charged. and no one will answer the phone. great experience. won't be booking there ever again
Rooms smell what she started out as $59 a night ended up being $90 cuz I had a dog. Charge me for the safe in the room got to watch that can't charge you for something you don't use. Taxes are very high in Tennessee. I would never stay here again or recommend it to anybody
I think I will keep driving vs. staying here on future trips from Florida condo as this place needs lots of work just to get up to par. My room was dirty and the breakfast here was not nearly as good as other hotel chains, Holiday Inn. I night I stayed here the local Holiday Inn was booked solid and no rooms opened, that was the reason I stayed here. The bed was quite soft and I tried to get a good nights sleep, but some other guests thought otherwise. They were up until 2 am making lots of noise, after asking them to keep it down many times I just called police, they finally listened.
Check in was easy. Clerk was friendly. Answered all my questions and was very courteous and professional. Breakfast was good with a good variety of items. The only reason I have a 4 star instead of a 5 star was the beds were a little rough.
We arrived close to midnight and were assigned room 224. After the long walk with our things we opened the door to a messy bed with a towel on the floor, didn't step foot inside! Went back to the desk and explained what happened. She said," I don't know why housekeeping didn't make the bed". What?! Should you have said you didn't know why they didn't "clean" the bedding. We paid for a king size bed and were put in a room with 2 doubles. My husband is over 6ft tall and weighs close to 270lbs which means we couldn't even sleep in the same bed! I called several times to try to talk to management and still have not gotten anybody. We were not given a discount or refund or anything. Will never stay in another Days Inn again.
Rented king size. Its nice and spacious. Pool only went to 5 feet so felt comfortable and safe for little ones. Only problem was the website said we had a hot tub but this location doesnt. Other wise very happy with place.
The check in service was fantastic. The blond woman at the front desk was helpful and a pleasure to speak with. The rooms are nice. The one I was in featured a handicap bathroom, small fridge and freezer combo, a microwave, tv, king bed, and a lounge chair. The rooms were clean, and lighting was good. Also the hotel was right off of a main road with so much to do nearby that one would be able to walk for 10 minutes and find 10 things to do. Overall great visit, especially for the price.
Breakfast was horrible and the juice machine didn't work properly but I guess you get what you pay for..
Called the desk twice last night no answer and the pool only opens from one side only to hear other residents complaining of mold on the pool steps.. I guess that answers why it was empty.
The room smelled but it wasn't horrible nothing a little Lysol couldn't fix.. Great location, But never again for this lady. Mo'
Worst experience! I made reservations online. After driving hours, we finally reached the hotel, only to find that they had no vacancies! Luckily the lady behind me had 2 rooms and gave me one. Though we originally booked two queen beds, my family had to sleep in one king size bed, including my husband who is a Disabled Veteran.
Clarksville North outstanding, Emily was really good friendly and nice. Suggested a great place to eat dinner a Mexican restaurant it was outstanding. Emily was just very outstanding friendly we really liked her great employee. The other Clarksville days Inn sucked they should close that one.
My experience here, overall, was positive. The front desk clerk was friendly and quick getting me checked in. And the room was comfortable and clean. Very happy with my one night stay. The only problem I had were the drains. They were very slow to drain. I would have asked for a different room but, being there only the one night, I could deal with it.
