Went to Venice store today and saw owner Keith to discuss our 10 year warranty on a 7 year old mattress that has had only seasonal use . He was fantastic there was not even a debate about full replacement. We were blown away by his service and commitment to us . There will never be another mattress store for us or for anyone who asks for our opinion.

Patient and informed staff - we dealt primarily with Keith the owner and Willy - who did the delivery and worked with us along the way.
They stored the bed for us until we were ready and did a professional job of bringing the bed in and setting up.
The bed is a Reverie adjustable bed. We have never had an adjustable bed before, not a latex foam bed. The bed has surpassed our expectations! comfortable from the first night! The adjustability is a big bonus as well.
I have slept in many many beds over the years doing business travel, and this was comfortable from the start, requiring no adjustment. Just very pleased with the purchase and the service from West Coast Mattress.

Keith was honest and not pushy. He set me up with a great mattress and got it delivered on the same day (which was Saturday no less). Knowledgeable, personable, and lots of choices in the store. Last night I slept on a great new bed!

What a wonderful experience !!! From the moment I called to the end of the delivery, I was treated kindly. Everyone was professional and efficient. They did what they said, and kept me informed on delivery day. The young men who made the delivery were great, as was the lady I talked to on the phone. Venice is a special place, and West Coast only adds to that specialness.

We purchased twin xl mattresses and frame from West Coast Mattress in April of this year. Delivery was late due to a problem at Serta and setup was unsuccessful because the delivery guys were not familiar with the electronics of the frames. Owner Keith came to our home and personally set up the bed for us. We are very happy customers and highly recommend West Coast Mattress.

Excellent shopping experience. The owner was very knowledgeable and helpful, not pushy like some other stores I visited. I received a far better deal than was offered elsewhere. They even had several beds in their store we couldn't find anywhere else. The store was clean and well organized. I would highly recommend this seller.

Super experience, very helpful and knowledgeable about newest support technology and my sleep and back problems. Very friendly young man, Keith or Tom I believe, gave me a great price and delivered the mattress and pillows to my home the same day. I shall recommend them to my friends. Thank You!!
