Decent hotel for the price. Friendly and helpful staff. Did encounter minor issues (slightly clogged sink and a small lamp not working) but nothing too serious. I would stay here again.

Stayed in Atlanta during the snow storm and was not happy with that however Zack made it a little better with his customer service. Actually the girls at the front and Emory were also accommodating as well. The room was clean and breakfast was great. The shuttle was very convenient as well. Will def stay again!

Nice room, plenty to do in the area, it's a 13 minute walk to the Braves game. They have a shuttle to the ballparkprovided they have a driver on dutywhich they don't tonight. Gotta hoof-it in the heat. There is sufficient parking on site.

Good location, easy to find, plenty of parking. Renovation done in recent past, resulted in nice finishes but sometimes rough around the edges. Adjoining rooms available, one set per floor and has three queen size beds between the two rooms. The single bed room has a large bathroom (large enough to use for an infant in the provided crib) while the double queen room has a smaller bathroom with the sink in the bed area. The crib provided is of good quality, sized similar to a pack n play, but raised off the floor.

We had a few days last month at this hotel which was great. Clean, well maintained and great breakfast, especially the warm cinnamon rolls! The staff were great, particularily the Manager Curtis who really helped to resolve a problem I had with a package which was supposed to have been delivered for me a couple of days before our stay but which had been delivered by Fedex to the wrong hotel down the road.

Great hotel! Sabra checked us in and was wonderful throughout our 3 night stay. Great breakfast, comfortable beds! The air conditioner keeps the room cool, but not a quite as cold as we like it to be 😊 Overall a wonderful stay and we will be back next year when the Cubs return.

I spent a great week at this hotel. The staff and management team were great and didn't mind carrying on a conversation with you. The breakfast was very good and had more options then just the usual. And the room was clean and spacious. Overall very happy with my stay.

I thought it was closer to the stadium but still in walking distance. Rooms look pretty good, new and spacy. Service was good.

Stayed here for a trade show. Room was very clean and comfortable. All the people we dealt with were great. Leslie at the front desk was especially helpful. Made a good stay a great one. Will definitely stay here when ever in Atlanta. Thank you!

the staff was excellent upon arrival. Greated as a IHG member. Checked in early, didn't actually get into my room until later in that night. When i got into my room I pulled the covers off the bed and noticed a used condom in the bed sheets. Major health concern. Please pay close attention if staying at this location.I will attach photo if it allows me to.

This place was one of the nicest Holiday Inns I have ever stepped in. The staff were so helpful and accommodating to my needs and wishes. The lobby and restroom areas were very well cleaned. The breakfast area was orderly and while waiting to leave I was offered goodies that are typically made for guest. I will seeking to book a room here in the future to get the full experience.

The staff was courteous and well attentive. The rooms were modern and well kept. Breakfast was typical hot fare, not fabulous but good enough to start the day.
Whoever installed the stairway between the hotel and Panda Express was the hero of the teens I was chaperoning.response / report this review
