The staff was friendly and courteous. The room had a City view which was nice to see. The city view is more or less just seeing the outline of the city buildings from a fairly long distance. The layout of my room on the 7th floor was a bit odd with there being multiple doors/entry ways to go through to get to the bathroom. Bed was comfortable enough for the 2 nights I was there and overall the stay was pleasant. I did not have the breakfast.
It's a basic hotel but the staff is friendly and the hotel is safe and clean. I've stayed here off and on over the course of the past 5 years and I'm always satisfied.
The bed was nice. The free Breakfast was decent. You could hear a lot noise from outside your room so the walls are pretty thin. The parking lot was too small and I didn't feel like my car was safe parked out there. It was fine for an overnight stay.
This Fairfield has decent rooms, up to date amenities, and a solid free breakfast. The only complaints are that it gets loud at night, especially on weekends. They seem to attract more of a retail crowd than business travelers, which explains the noise. Also, the construction of the sliding shower doors is such that they will not stay closed. Therefore, you either have to shower with the door half open or hold the shower with one hand while washing with the other. This has occurred in all of the rooms that I've stayed in (frequent Marriott Platinum guest). It's not a deal breaker, but it's worth considering. Overall, it's a good value and quite clean with friendly staff.
Quite possibly the loudest hotel I've stayed at. It sounds like the highway is in my room. Why hotels along major roads really skimp on windows is beyond me. I can also hear practically the entire hotels flushing habits. Lucky me.
Bria checked us in gave us an option of the view and it was amazing! Clean fresh smelling room, quiet location with view of city! I will definitely stay here again!
Beautiful rooms. But they messed up my reservations. I had to sleep on a pullout couch. Still a nice hotel though
We stayed here when we came into Atlanta for a Braves game. The rooms were clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. The breakfast had multiple options of fresh flavorful food, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The info card in the room stated that there was an ice machine on every floor, but I had to go down to the lobby floor to get ice.
I am here due to work. The hotel is nice, but the nighttime customer service gentlemen's customer service skills were not up to par. He was not pleasant. Not even a little smile, or a greeting. I asked him a question he did not really answer, until I went back to the desk. He could have told me yes or no. I also had to inquire about breakfast and the hours. I am guessing he is on the correct shift for his late night attitude.
I was on placed on the first floor next to the pantry, which I knew would be noisy during breakfast, so I keep the tv on to distract the extra sounds. The staff that worked the cafeteria were friendly. The breakfast was good. Not dissatisfied with my stay. Just minor complaints. I would stay here if I came on vacation, or passing through. I recommend it.
Another great Marriott Brand hotel. The customer service was fantastic, rooms were layer out nicely, there was even a hot breakfast!
I really enjoyed my stay. I just wish they would post on their website when the pool is down. Alot of families book because of that.
Clean hotel. Bathrooms are little small, especially the sink/counter. Staff was nice and courteous. They provided a good breakfast, a lot of options.
This was a pretty good stay. Great breakfast, pull out couch bed was fine, enough power plugs for charging, but not one near pull out. All in all, can't complain, but not much to praise.
My cousin visited from CT and we booked her room here. I didnt actually stay but I did go because the reservation was in my name. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They worked through some check in issues, remained positive and offered solutions. The hotel itself looked newer and is located right off the highway I285 ramp.
