I bought my beautiful new car from them on Saturday. I couldn't be more THANKFUL for how the process went. The process was smooth and painless. I've had problems with other dealerships pester me and blow up my phone. With Lubbers I really felt like it was completely my decision. I went in wanting honest help and that's exactly what I got. Troy Tunnel was the salesman that helped me and I HIGHLY recommend him. He was more than helpful and really made my first adult purchase an amazing experience. I've purchased a number of vehicles from Lubbers both Chevy and Ford. This review is not for the sale or service but targeting how they handle issues when things go bad for customers and for them. About two years ago I had a new vehicle which had a front end part on the drive terrain go bad. No problem things happen, it was replaced under warranty and my wife and son headed off to the mountains two days later. Vehicle broke down on the way home in the snow, similar or same problem, towed hour away to closest dealer, stranded. I got them home via a train a day later. Obviously none is happy. Lubbers reimbursed train tickets, retrieved my vehicle, and had to pay the other dealership for another repair. They never blinked in trying to take care of us. Although this may sound like what you would expect them to do, I am not convinced all dealerships would of handled it this way. I traded that vehicle in and bought an new one at Lubbers a year later. I won't even think about another deanship.

Matt Lubbers did an awesome job helping us purchase out vehicle .We looked at numerous cars, He even had one brought down from Hutch for us to look at and drive . Once we decided on the car we wanted he worked at getting us the best deal and the payment we wanted to be at. This is the 4th vehicle we have purchased from lubbers they always treat us great. Absolutely amazing!!! I recommend to any one to come to lubbers.. They treat you so welcoming and don't hassle you while your looking. They explain everything clear and don't put you in a car you can't afford. They have so many options it's truly comfortable. Ask for Curtis he is top notch..

Mark Lubbers was the best sales person I have ever met. He never tried to sell me anything extra and he went out of his way to work with my credit union for the best rates. He also helped me remove my old stereo system from my car which was very nice. I walked in to get a oil change on my old car and left with a new car in only 3 hours. I will tell everyone I know that Mark Lubbers is the man!
