Store is clean and organized. Only complaint i had is that it took forever for someone to tell me if they had my size in the back. Under staffed. Plus, the online ordering system is a total joke. I'm a little irritated and frustrated for someone who spend almost $500.00 on shoes.

Update: Got my order a week later, and half of it was missing ($140 worth of shoes) and i called customer support and they say that it could still be out that they ship multiple packages with same tracking number, supervisor at dsw told me to call USPS and have them see if they can find it. They told me they DO NOT ship multiple packages with the same tracking number. So this company is trying to rip me of $140+ of shoes.

Good selection and prices in the clearance (even for men). Wish they had some more socks that were not as thin as a piece of paper without having purple elephants smeared across them. It's good if you want to dress a bit different, but going with gray shoes and jeans is a no-no.

Again, shoe selection is great though.
