I've been working here for a few weeks now, and I must say that my crew mates are all great guys and hard workers. The office staff is very friendly and sincerely cares about us workers out in the field. If you're looking for work, they're hiring, and the starting pay isn't too bad either.

Worked for the lawn maintenance side and it was horrible. Manager hires his friends and since they are friends they think they can wobble around and do absolutely nothing. If you need a 2 hour nap and a place to get high this is a job for you

Man all I can say isthey is the best agency I've been at the co worker (Dave😂) is a trip( in a good way) we work together and gets it done and Wendy Sergey is awesomeI've met Alberto, Alfredo, and Roberto ( owner and management) very professional and business guys .this is the best job I've had since I moved to Tampa from Miami

This company has no consideration of their workers and the pay isnt enough for all the work they do including risking their lives. They are unprofessional and very disorganized. Workers constantly quit and for the ones that have to travel to different buildings to do their jobs this company only offer $1 more in their pay for gas usage, please give me a break fast food industries pays more than this company

I've had D&A over the past year or so and they are doing a great job! This is coming from a company that has had it's fair share of cleaning crews in the past. We have a rather large building with unique cleaning characteristics. It's a 24 hour manufacturing facility with people in and out daily. You can imagine how the bathrooms and kitchens would look if you had people running around your house 24 hours a day. Well they have done a great job keeping our A+ offices in tip top shape! You only know a companies worth by how they react to issues. I have had issues in the past, so lets be real here for a minute. People are people and people slip up and no one is perfect by any means but when there has been an issue, they are quick to react to correct the problem. There hasn't been many of those problems with their tenure here. Believe me when I say this, I am a clean freak, squeaky wheel and nothing gets past me and I can honestly say, they are doing a stand up job! Good job team and Rudy thanks for all your support in our endeavor together. And no, I didn't get paid for this review, if that's what you are thinking.
