Matt made my experience amazing. Out of everything going on and having to repair floors, cabinets, and breaking the concrete to fix the plumbing Rock Water Plumbing was the most professional. They where the fastest and I never had any issues. Wish I could say that for everyone else. Thank you so much Matt for making this the best experience in not should a good situation.

Sam was very professional, courteous, attentive and informative. He told us things we did not know and explained them thoroughly. He was so nice and he cleaned up behind himself too. That probably came from his mom or wife however it came in handy. We know several other home owners & told them where to go God forbids this happens to them. The company and the customer service was nothing short of pure quality. Thank you.

Matthew was my repair technician and he helped me with a drainage issue in guest bathroom. He was friendly and came right away to help. He even went out of his way to take the time to look at a separate issue that my father had with his kitchen sink. He did a great job and was courteous and prompt. Would highly recommend!

When I scheduled online there was no availability till three days later. It was nice of them to let me know a slot was open on the same day. They even came early when I told them I might not be home during the rescheduled time. They are quick to respond and very accommodating. I like how they gave me multiple options to my issues.
