  I highly recommend this company. I needed my whole house replumbed & some sewer repair. Tim came out and was so thorough with the estimate. He was very patient in answering all my questions. He also gave multiple estimates based on different needs, very professional and courteous.
  When I booked them for the job they sent a young team to handle the work. The team was headed up by Oscar and although young, he was extremely professional and handled my whole job very proficiently - I was in capable, courteous hands. His helper was very polite and professional too. They did an excellent job. There was a third plumber too who came to oversee and aid several times through the job. After it was done there was extra clean up under the house and they took care if it without complaint.
  Again, I would highly recommend Doug’s Plumbing for any job you may need done.

  Everything about my experience with Doug the Plumber was great. The initial scheduler was friendly and thorough. The service manager called to set things up and tell me what to expect and then I got a text with the technician's name and picture when he was on the way over.
  
  The technician, Brandon Taylor, was outstanding. I was immediately confident that he knew what he was doing and then, as I watched him struggle through some difficult setbacks while doing the job, he proved that I was right. Despite some really difficult design features in my plumbing, Brandon powered through, got everything fixed, did a great job putting everything back together and left the place cleaner than he found it. I was thoroughly impressed with Brandon and with Doug's.

  I called Doug the plumber early this morning and they sent a plumber quickly. Josh was friendly and very helpful. He looked at my faucets and went right to work. He was great and the company was very good to work with!

  Had several issues under the sink, he explained to me what needed to be done then proceeded the job, he was very knowledgeable and I was very appreciative that he cleaned up after himself. He did a great job in replacing the items that needed it. I appreciate his honesty also we talked about the pipes underneath the mobile home in kitchen area that may need up dating so I would like to get a bid so I can turn into mortgage insurance . It was my pleasure doing business with Doug the plumber

  Technician (Brandon) came out to diagnose hot water problem we were having in master bath. Very knowledgeable and professional- identified source of problem and provided multiple options to solve. They were considerate with pricing and totally willing to warranty their work. Problem was not urgent so we decided to delay only to care for other higher priorities at the moment. Would not hesitate to use.
