I had a great steak here but Cut was really cheap with the bread and sides.

Service was not at the level on would expect from such an expensive restaurant.

Great place for people watching.

A famous soccer player was present the night I dined.

This place is obviously expensive, but the staff and the quality of food make this an unimaginable experience that is worth every penny. Everyone is really friendly and attentive and the steaks are cooked perfectly. The cocktails were really well done as well as unique.

The Cut by Wolfgang Puck was not only the greatest dining experience I have ever had but the greatest 4 course meal I have ever eaten. I made a reservation for Valentine's Day at 9pm. I called and spoke with Melina about how I wanted to propose during dessert and how I wanted to make the moment special. She really went over the top to arrange it all for me. One thing I must say is our server Cesar provided us with the best service we could ever experience he was extremely knowledgeable on the menu and the history of the restaurant. He also did me a personal favor and captured the whole moment on my cell phone when I proposed it was magical, it was perfect I really appreciate you Cesar you really came thru for me. I would also like to thank Esteban for setting up the arrangement with the ring. The whole staff was amazing and extremely professional. If you haven't tried the 100% Japanese Waygu beef it is a MUST. Once again thank you all for making this night a memory that will last forever. We look forward to coming back!

We live in VA and we booked the reservation in October for 12/22, during our family vacation. A family situation arose and I called to see if we could be accommodated. Sophie was wonderful! She found a spot for the next night without any issue. We arrived and the staff was wonderful! Our drinks were delicious, the food was exceptional, and the staff was a delight! Spoke to Esteban about our experience, how I had been looking forward to it for months, and he pleasantly indulged me for a few minutes! The scallops were butter! The steak was fantastic! And the brussels sprouts! They spoiled us! The price was not nearly as expensive as we expected, and completely worth it for a few hours alone with the husband! We will definitely come back when we visit family again!

Amazing service. The staff is so nice. I was dressed very casual, and they gave me the same attention as those all dressed up. The food speaks for itself. It's always a winner.

Went there to celebrate wedding anniversary and it was a delicious moment!
The food was amazing; I would recommend the crab cake and the tuna tartar!The sea bass was delicious too! Portions are very generous, atmosphere romantic and calm.

The beef is highest quality (and price) but the side dishes are what to go for on a regular basis. The bar is the place to eat without the rigamarole of service (though a series of complimentary amuse bouches can make up an entire meal). Ari Rosenthal's bone marrow flan with autumn veg is also an entire meal with a glass of wine from their extensive wine list.
