Lawn has looked beautiful all year until now. Disappointing I had to get some leaf spot fungus to find out fungicide applications are not part of the regular lawn service package

I had 3 monthly applications to control mosquito/fleas and ticks..did not work!! my dogs have problems .when I called to let them know that the treatment was not working they did not apologized or try to fix the problem some how or at list make the minimum move to try to keep me with them the only thing the lady said was that she had to charge me for the first application since i quit early , i don't have a problem with that. I just feel like i been robed!! 3 months and $197.88 after .not worth it WAIST OF TIME AND MONEY.. I CHOOSE ONE STAR BECAUSE WONT LET ME POST WITHOUT THEM!!

I have always done biz w custom..except for when they were too booked for sprinkler blowouts. The gals who work the phones are lovely and accomodating and well informed. Jason is our sprinkler inspector guy and he is very personable, helpful, and explains everything clearly. In addition, Jason is very positive..that means a lot to my husband and i! Thank you!

The technician that came out, Jason, was very nice to work with. He was informative, professional, and courteous. He didn't have the necessary part to repair the backflow on our sprinkler system, so he came back the next day to fix it. All repairs went well!

The only reason I am not giving it five stars is because of a $20 travel fee. We literally live 2 miles from the business- 20 bucks is a bit excessive for a 6 minute drive. The cost of gas from the site to our house would be less than a dollar.

This is an amazing company. I would highly recommend them. Ever since they came to do our grass, it has look amazing. I'm glad we left our old company to Custom Lawn and Landscape. They are very reliable and responsible, always on time and does everything with perfection. I'm very satisfied!
