The restaurant attached is the best part. I wouldn't say this store has that great of options, decent, but not noteworthy. The restaurant however has abundant options for many appetites at reasonable prices and each so fresh and delicious!

It has a decent selection of Indian groceries. The fresh samosas are really good. They also have fresh homemade chapatis near the counter. They have other fresh Indian snacks available to eat in store too. The variety of groceries could be a lot better, as they only have a few brands. The restocking of out of stock things takes bit longer than usual.

The Store is very nice and the staff also helpful except the 2 ladies in the counter are very rude and arrogent and they never smile at customer . I know Srinivas Garu personally a very good human being and he always welcome and great them but because of these 2 ladies we and our friends decided not to visit this store again .
It’s very difficult to get the customer so be good atleast and treat them well

Customer service is below PAR. They carry a lot of Indian products, agreed, however when it comes to after sales support, simply look at customer like a stranger. Recently I bought a pack of mangoes. Charged $24 and later when we reached home to eat, all of them where rotten. Upon calling the phone of KC Mart, a boy answered that I had to bring the mangoes back to their store. I put photos on their Facebook link and no one replied. Finally, I went back to their store after a week with the package box and receipt, the store manager looked at me like a thief and started arguing that they don't check their Facebook. I conveyed that kcmart should check the quality of foods that they receive from their vendors but he argued with me saying he has no choice. I question "why sell such products". Upon few minutes of conversations, he refunded the amount for the mangoes.

Also, we bought mutton recently.. the mutton quality was really poor and did not cook even after 12-15 steam cooking whistles. I did not go back to ask for the quality for the food. I decided to stay away from this store.

This is one store you eill want to go in Overland park if you are from India. They have a good collection of thr Indian food stuff that you will need. I like going there as its near my house and like I said yhey host a great collection of Indian food items.

My experience. Hmmm. Has almost everything you may need and are looking for. But as far as customer service its really crappy! I spend at least 200 each visit and i feel rushed. Every time from the cashier. Its rude. I will fi d another place to spend my mo ey. Also its very less in the amout of space u have to shop Therefore half of the customers are also rude & pushy in the isles or dont let u thru and they love to give dirty looks. So if ur not a people person i guess this is the place for u. 👌
