Went to the Lee's Summit location for lunch walked in nobody at the front desk asked around looked around waiting for 10 minutes nobody showed up

This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my entire life. The waitress was very rude and had an attitude when she incorrectly took my order twice! If you are in the area looking for something to eat save your money and go to McDonalds. You might get subpar food but the atmosphere and experience will be superb. Like every time we barely took a sip from our drinks they refilled it for no reason because they are probably money hungry. We were also paranoid that they might have done something to our food and they were getting upset telling them we dont need refills and to fix our food. The only good thing was that they gave us fortune cookies because that is a necessity at every Chinese restaurant and the 1 star only represents the fortune cookies but without them I would've found a way to give them 0 stars. Try out the restaurant if you want but be warned!

I received a menu from a flyer passed out to the homes in the area. When I tried to place a dinner combo, I was told that was for the Express location only. I then placed a regular order from the menu. To my surprise, the amounts were much higher when I went to pay. Apparently, the menu prices read $1.50 less than what is being charged. Then why pass out menus with the wrong prices? Bait and switch. I ordered Generals chicken and it was over cooked, like chewing leather. I suspect it had been in the warmer all day or reheated from the previous day. It had no spice at all and it should have some heat to it. I had to throw it out, it was that awful. The shrimp and mixed vegetables had about 8 shrimp, also overcooked, with raw vegetables and little flavor. The fried rice appeared to just be colored rice. It had no flavor and tasted like it was old. I also had a coupon for 2 free Crab Rangoon. I told the call taker that I had the coupon. She said "we give you 4 free with coupon at this location." Ok, cool. When I get the order, there were only 2. So, don't tell me you will give me 4. The food was disgusting and overpriced.

Good Crab Rangoon nice and oniony and not sweet! Black Pepper beef is not spicy and kind of bland. Spring rolls were super greasy.

Came in for dinner. I usually order tomato beef dinner they were out of tomatoes strike 1. Ordered another dinner and proceeded to eat my order of Crab Rangoon ate less than 1/2 of 1 it was cold and rubbery so I asked for hot ones.The server came back with 1 and it was no hotter than the the
Ones I sent back. Strike 2. When I asked my she told me that when they sit around they get cold duh. That doesn't explain why the 1 she just brought out was cold. I asked her to take it back and bring me a hot one. She looked at me and rolled her eyes up like it was a bother. That was it. Strike 3 I am out. I have eaten at all of their locations on numerous occasions and have never been treated like that! I will not be back.response / report this review -

Our family has eaten at the LS location for several years and really liked the food and service.
We noticed that the food quality changed and not for the better.
The chicken tastes warmed over and the LoMein noodles are just spagetti.
Used to love General Tso but under cooked and to sweet.
Egg rolls have been soggy.
Everybody loves the way the Chinese restraunts brew tea but Master Woks tea has been nothing out of the ordinary the past two years!😔
I will say that we love the waitress and her kindness she shows our family!
