Great place for people just starting out and not looking for anything special. We went in with a set budget and they were able to find us a nice used washer dryer set UNDER BUDGET. And it has a warranty!

Honestly a really big let down. We bought our machines last week they were delivered Saturday around noon. By 2pm my house had flooded twice. We called and we were told that someone would come to look at the machines and I’ve called multiple times. No one has come, they never pick up. It’s now Thursday and my washer still doesn’t work. I have damp clothes and blankets smelling up my house that I had to use to soak up the flooding. Seems like we were just an easy target.

I wrote a long ass review before the consolidated into one location but I guess it is gone now. Dont waste your time or money. They make promise after promise about cleaning the appliances and deliveries and such. This place doesn't even deserve one star.

We have filed a complaint with the BBB. We have purchased our refrigerator and stove from this location. Buying and having it delivered was fast and easy..However having them follow through with their 1 year warranty not so much. We have been trying for a MONTH to have our refrigerator fixed, 1st the door fell down causing the air to leak from the top which also caused the refrigerator to cool more and would freeze anything on the top shelf. Then the light stopped working. Finally after over 2 weeks someone came and fixed the door but we're still searching in the dark in the refrigerator because NO ONE CAME BACK!!! receipt states at the bottom 3 DAYS.dont expect it, THEY DO NOT HONOR IT.

Store is not what it seems. Most appliances here are not what the pictures show. The ones in store are beaten up and heavily used or damaged. Hardly any matching sets and almost all outdated when I went. They have a bunch of druggies hanging around outside including some folks walking around with pistols in their pocket rather than using a proper holster. Parking sucks and their is to much crammed together. Staff is very short tempered and rude. Cost is not what is advertised either they bait and switch you.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I spent 600 dollars on a front load w/d set. It stopped working. Have had 3 replacements the last one almost caught my house on fire and getting these people to do anything is impossible. If they give you a time for something to be done expect to have to basically track them down. No refund. Beat up appliancestrash customer service..they are scam artists! I have no clue how it's even legal for these people to be in business..NEVER AGAIN

The staff here is really really nice and the prices are great but I've now had two washers and two dryers. I bought my first set three months ago and it's really frustrating trying to get something that works. This time, I waited two weeks and over half a dozen phone calls later, I'm back to pick out yet another washer. It's worth saving the money and getting a set that works.

I have purchased several appliances from Bragg Used Appliance.they have excellent service. The delivery men brought out my appliances the next day.my husband and I moved from Germany and the hospitality from Braggs is amazing! I appreciate the time they took to deliver to meI appreciate the care of the appliance. They have excellent products and the customer service is amazing.

A few months later, our agitator in our washer out. I then called and told the front office, a tech was out to my home the next day and fixed the problem in my home. I was very satisfied!!!

If I could give it negative stars I would. They're never coordinated with deliveries. There's always an issue with their delivery trucks. My washer and dryer have had several issues and switch outs (that took forever to get replacements for) since day one. I regret going through them for anything. We have bought used appliances before and never had so many issues as we did with this place and the appliances we received from there. DONT BOTHER.

I've drove by there many times, finally bought a washer and dryer set, it was perfect!! The washer and dryer look amazing, they work well and it seems like there no sign of slowing down anytime soon.also another. Important thing I've noticed is the workers showed the best customer service I've received since I moved to Fayetteville and that was 7 years ago!!! I recommend them to anybody and everybody if you need appliances this is the place to buy them

Let me start by saying that the stuff they sell is complete garbage. After finally getting a hold of the store owner I got my wrecked appliances replaced for the second time. A week later the washer breaks downagain! What a joke! The manager at the store stated that she couldn't send anyone out to fix it nor replace it because they don't have enough trucks. It'll be a couple of days. The worst place everperiod. Not to mention they lied the first time about getting our appliances delivered, no one knew what happened to the stuff we picked out. It just vanished.

The salesman was super helpful and the delivery guys were AWESOME. Both very polite and friendly. The only issue I had was a defective water hose, and hopefully they'll be back to fix that today!

Update: 4 hours later, and no one has come by or contacted me. On further inspection, not only does the hose in question have pin holes through out, it iseems cross threaded and the coupling is all chewed up where they attempted to force it on. I have managed to slice my finger but not budge the thing. I'm a little less than enthused at this point

This place is a JOKE. I beg anyone thinking of going here to run away fast. I now have my FIFTH dryer through these people and it has been the biggest pain of my entire life. They have told me days they would be there and wouldn't show up-leaving me waiting on them and cancelling my plans. This happened numerous times. They scrapped up my laundry room doors, one of the broken dryers leaked all over my laundry room floor ruining it. I had one delivery guy be a weirdo and the other one show up reeking of alcohol. I called him out on it and he said "It's Friday night I should be off work already." I have heard excuse after excuse with these people. They have wasted my time and ruined a lot in my life. If I would've known this, I would've just went with a brand new set from a known, trusted store. Worst customer service, if this dryer breaks down I'm not even going to bother with them anymore-complete waste of money and time.
