First time customer. Found this business online and was impressed by the reviews. My son just purchased his first car and I wanted to surprise him with a professional interior detailing. Kyle got in touch with us quickly and had us in same day; car was available for pick up the next day. Kyle kept us informed the entire time even during incliment weather. The team here gives great quality. My son was extremely happy! They even cleaned the outside of the car, which was not something we asked for, truly above and beyond! Have already recommended this company to others and will definitely use them in the future for our personal vehicles.

Nice bumper repair service which saved me from replacement costs. I can only barely tell it was repaired (looks 99% new) and it was repainted to match and cannot see any difference in color. Costs less than a third of replacement and less than my insurance deductible. Perfect solution for my 4 year old car. Personable service, convenient key drop box, would highly recommend.

My kids gave me a gift card for an interior detailing job. I was amazed with the results! My 2011 Ford Edge looks like new again. I don't know how they did it, but my car is now spotless. Kyle was great to work with and communicated with me clearly and promptly. I will definitely use Crystal Clean again. Highly recommend!

I brought my 4-year old/71K mile Escape in for full interior & exterior detailing, just before taking it to the Ford dealer to see what I would get on trade-in. The used-car manager checked it out and said "wow! you really take great care of your vehicle! It's like new, except for the odometer" Crystal Clean did a great job, dropped-off at 8am and ready by 5pm. Very courteous and friendly staff, too.

Crystal Clean was great to work with and did a great job on our Navigator. We recently purchased it and it was very very dirty and sticky inside. It came out dealer fresh. They even offered windshield replacement at a very good price. There are 1 or 2 places they overlooked, but given the size of the vehicle and all the major problem spots they got perfectly clean, we are not too concerned. I would use this company again in a heart beat. Professional, friendly, thorough, fast and on time. Great operation.

We have used their airport detailing service multiple times. What a genius idea. They pick up your car from the airport, detail it, and return it to the airport the day you return. As a result the money saved on parking helps offset some of the detail cost. Detail work was phenomenal inside and out. Also had them touch up a two rock chips on my hood. Results look great and because it was only a couple of chips and didn’t take more than 20 minutes they sent me on my way free of charge.

First class organization with great results. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The staff was very friendly and helpful in getting an appointment set up for me. I had the interior cleaned and some paint touched up. My car looks factory new! I am super impressed and glad I spent a little more money to go to this place. I will definitely use them in the future if I need more detailing work done.

Wish I would have taken before pictures of my car seats. They looked horrible and now they look TERRIFIC! Money well spent. Previously, I had taken my car to an auto wash place to detail the inside and clean the upholstery, that was a big waste of money. Very happy with Crystal Clean.

The service and quality were great! I did the airport drop off and the motor on one of my windows broke while Crystal Clean had my car. They told me about the problem, paid for my taxi home from the airport, brought my car to the dealer and paid to have the window fixed. I was happy with their communication about the problem and their service in getting it fixed. I was also extremely happy with the detail.

I took my 2012 F250 here to get detailed (interior) and have a big door dent fixed, I also had some surface rust on the chrome on the front of the truck. We have a 1 year old springer that spends a lot of time in the truck if you can imagine the hair! The truck looks amazing but the most impressive part to me is that I did not pay for the detailing for the outside but when I picked it up is was clean and even the tires were done and the chrome looked brand new. They went above and beyond what I feel was expected. This day and age that seems rare to me.

I recently submitted a review of my experience with Crystal Clean. Unfortunately the review was not a positive experience. I have since moved my review from 1 to 5 stars.
I have gone back and forth about removing the fact that I had a less than ideal experience during my first visit. I think that not mentioning it would actually be a disservice to Crystal Clean.
Here's why.. Was I disappointed with my first visit? yes.. However, I can truly say that this company has won me back as a client.

To be honest, I am not typically one to give businesses "second chances". Why bother? There's always somewhere else to go, right?

My experience with Crystal Clean (after the original visit) has been nothing short of world class. It started with the owner Ross reaching out to me directly and was extremely humble and willing to take responsibility for my poor experience. I know that can be hard to do sometimes as an owner it's easy to be defensive. This was not the case AT ALL! There was a very on purpose apology and he has even gone above and beyond to make the situation right.
**I want to be clear here, the poor experience was a miscommunication between CC and myself. I think its important that is known. My vehicle was never mistreated, nor damaged. They have shown the up most respect towards my vehicle and myself through every interaction.**

When I brought My vehicle in for the second time, WOW Its no surprise why they have so many positive reviews and loyal clients.
I had to wait there as It was easier for my schedule. (They did offer the pick up/ drop off service which is awesome at the very low cost they charge to do so.)
I brought my laptop as I had some work to get done. Almost everyone greeted me by name. They offered me just about anything they could to make my time there as enjoyable as possible. At one point I even realized a chair I was given belonged to one of the employees who was kneeling at her desk.. I felt terrible once I realized this of course lol, but that alone speaks volumes to the way they treat their clients.
After my car was finished, I was escorted through their amazing facility. (honestly if you haven't seen it, ask to.. its incredible. That's coming from someone who oversees 14 "garages" across two states.
Kris, whom I believe was the lead detailer that was working on my car was awesome. You could tell how passionate he is about his work, and how much he takes pride in what he does. There's a quote from a movie, "Respect a man's car, The man respects you". That's all I could think of while Kris was walking me through what they did on my vehicle. They treated it like $200,000 exotic.. (its not unfortunately..lol)
It came out fantastic! I was blown away. With no exaggeration, it was one of the best detail jobs I've seen, and I've seen a few, spending a majority of my summer weekends at car shows.
Later that evening Ross reached out to me again after my appointment to make sure that my experience was as good as I expected it to be, and, it wasn't.. it was better!

I have never changed a review to 5 stars after having a poor experience. Even if the company does there best to make it right, a 4 is probably the best they can hope for. In this case I wish I could give CC a 6.

Since I left CC at lunch time yesterday, I have had 3 strangers go out of their way to compliment my car. I have told each of them where I got it detailed and gave my 100% recommendation to take their own vehicles in.

I will definitely be a returning customer at Crystal Clean!
A word to the wise IF (and that's a big if) by some fluke, you happen to not have an amazing experience with crystal Clean. Give them a chance to make it right, you wont regret it.

The day I bought my used car, I brought it to Crystal Clean to get everything cleaned and detailed. They were very attentive to what I wanted done and helpful with answering all the questions I had for them. They're not on the cheap side but it's totally worth the money spent. They did an excellent job at making my car look good as new and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality work!
