  Dr. Hartley-Lock is hands down the best Vet that I have ever taken my dog Rosie to. You can tell that she deeply cares for animals and realizes how much animals mean to their owners. She's very thorough and thoughtful, and gives you all options if your pet has an issue. I am sad that I am moving across the country, because I would have loved for my dog to continue her care here.
  
  Also, the Vet Techs and Front Office staff are kind and caring, and they help in every way they can.

  Dr Lock is the best. We just had to put our sweet dog down and Dr Lock came to our house and made the experience easy on our dog and on us. The front desk is always friendly, vet techs love your dogs just like you would and Dr Lock is sensitive, efficient, and just plain nice.

  They seem so impatient when answering the phones. Get some help instead of huffing and puffing when asked two simple question.

  I've been taking my dogs (and previously cats) to Cross Timbers for many, many years now and every visit has been outstanding. The staff are loving, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!
