I have been going to this Mall since it was built. So well they say change is good I don't believe the change this mall has been its best interest. At one time they used to decorate the mall so beautifully for Christmas and my children used to love to go see all the decorations in the animated characters they had. This year was such a great disappointment as it has been for the last couple years there is nothing that has impressed me with any decorations for the holidays. Also there has been a lot more crime in this area and around this mall which makes it less interesting for me to try to go there or even take my grandchildren up there.

Nice stores. Just wished they would do something about the loitering at the mall. To many people walking around not shopping, that is when the trouble starts. I don't go to the mall as much as I use to because of this.

I enjoyed my recent trip to Cross Creek Mall even though it was packed to capacity due to it being the last full weekend to shop before Christmas. There are sooo many stores to choose from making it a one stop shop for all your holiday needs. The food court also had many different options of places to eat from. Will definitely be going back as soon as the holidays are over.

Best thing about the mail is the food court. Many options. Large variety. Why there stores put children's area at the top of the escalators, beats me. Drives me nuts!

Very clean good parking lot never had an issue. Inside is well-maintained and lit. Food court has many different varieties of food a lot of stores are opened with hardly any remodeling. Two thumbs up.

Has a good setting of food court needs improvement for service like free data so that we can enjoy the mall, other than that not much happennings.

This mall has the usual stores and a decent food court. The crowd it attracts are just average fayettville folk. You won't find people really traveling to come here. It's a small mall but you can get shoes, clothes, and other goods here like any other mall.

Variety of shopping choices at all price ranges. The barbers do a great job. I get compliment on my hair cuts after telling them to try to hide the fact I'm getting a crow's nest.

The mall is one of our favorite places to go. I wish they had a movie theater and maybe a carousel, but they do a good job with the kids play section and the family bathroom. I like that the Mall has many skylights that allow you to keep track of time. This Mall allows smoking outdoors. During Christmas they do a good job with Santa.

Yeah the A.C. in here is so cold we go summertime afternoon mall walk all the time and we aren't retired yet, that's how cold it is. The food court is clean and decent and the Hot Topic is a small one and the Hot Moms come out around 11 am between yoga and lunching. Try it, you might like it.

A nice place to walk and just enjoy the surroundings. Environment is clean and friendly help is never hard to find. A good variety of shops to browse and make purchases.

Love the mall. They are adding more and more to the outside tho they are taking some out of the inside. Some good stores are gone now.

Solidly middle class shopping center popular with locals, soldiers and military families. Great variety of stores and shops to choose from. Food court is typical fast food. Clean, relatively safe and well maintained. Plenty of parking. Good place to spend money.

One of the few malls that actually aren't dead. I always love to look forward coming to this mall every time we come out here. They have a good amount of stores for a mall, and their cookies and food are delicious. The mall would get crowded sometimes, but that's alright since it's a good place for me and friends to hang out. It's sad that most malls nowadays can't be this good as Cross Creek Mall.
