Pretty much nothing much is left in this mall. It can't even be called a mall if it wasn't for my beloved Macy's. Chic-fil-la is not there any longer in the food court. Just waiting for this place to close down. Smh!!!

This mall has some empty stores. It is a dying mall, like so many are due to the easy availability of products through online shopping. However the stores that are there are very nice with great customer service. Customer service goes a long way with me. The sales people at Macy's were above and beyond helpful as were the employees at Bath & Body Works. The stores that are there are good stores.

I carry my gun when I shop here. Which is hardly ever anymore because there's nothing there worth shopping at except Bath and Body Works.. Sad too because this was the best mall in the area at one time. We used to got to food court for lunch from work. I can still picture it packed 15-20 years ago.

Columbia Mall has a good option of stores to choose from. This is two level mall with affordable shopping options. With this being said, keep in mind there are not high end stores within thr mall that you would typically find in bigger cities! Although, the majority of the stores all open at one specific time, i love that a few stores open earlier or stay open later. IE: Burlington Factory. Otherwise, it is spacious, and it will keep you entertained for your typical shopping needs.

This mall is very outdated and is going down hill. However there are still a couple of good stores still here. I'll put it this way. My son and I stopped in today because we were driving by and we just came in to go to Burlington. Food in the food court sucks. I literally threw mine away because they wouldn't refund me my money. I couldn't even force myself to eat itit was THAT bad.

Great place to go get a hair cut without a wait but needs more places to go shopping than the ones they already have.

I love this mall I'm always able to find something. The variety of stores and styles is what I like the most.

Under current ownership, this mall is suffering. Water damage is already present, carpets are caked in dirt & gum, masses of storefronts are empty, and security is very huffy, at one point telling me to leave when I went to Macy's to actually BUY something. I advise remaining businesses -anchors included, to relocate elsewhere. As long as this mall is owned by Moonbeam Capital Investments, this mall is not worth your time or money.

This mall use to be clean and nice. Now it's dirty, trashy and run into the ground. I won't be back.

In my younger years, this was the place to be but, now I just go there to get the Philly combo from A&D Buffalo wings. Have to try it, I love it. Far as the mall itself, it's almost obsolete.

Large but slowly declining shopping center in the heart of Columbia. For every three stores, one is vacant, and the trend will likely continue will the popularity of Columbiana Center across the way. Food court is no-name mom and pop fast food style places, a lot of no-name stores with only the big anchors carrying the brand name stuff. Plenty of parking and well-maintained, just needs to reinvent itself.
