A little bit of everything here. Crisp is one of the best places in the food court. P.F. Chang's, Khanki, food courtif you can't find something to eat here, it's your own fault. Lots of opportunities for shopping for the whole family as well, both in stores and kiosks. Even a shopping place for pets!

Best mall in this area. It has a decent selection of stores. Clean place. The food court is smaller compared to other malls I've been too, but has a good selection of sit down restaurants. Parking can be difficult when is crowded, as well as walking around the mall itself

What a great experience! Victoria Secret was very busy, as usual! One of the male associate's tried to help us find our item. However, it was no where to be found. He had us going in circles. As we were leaving another associate asked if we found what we were looking for. She immediately let is know that the item had been discontinued this year and how everyone had been asking about it. She said that the sparkly, shimmer butter would return next year! We ended the day with the Cheese Cake Factory! A nice day after all.

Crabtree Valley Mall is located at 4325 Glenwood Ave, Raleigh, NC 27612 it's near the highway 440 and by main roads like Glenwood Ave and Creedmoor Rd, which makes it not only easy to get too but also great for everyone to notice while driving by. With a vast variety of stores to shop in and elegant restaurants to enjoy a nice dinner or kick back and relax while watching a sports game with your choice of wine or beer. Crabtree is a safe place to go shopping with the family as well. Crabtree has its own hybrid department of sworn police officers and security officers who not only patrol the exterior of the property but as well as the interior of the mall. Making friendly & professional interactions with the public on a day to day basis.

This is my favorite Mall in the area. There is literally a store or shop or any little stand in the mall for everybody. If you can think of it Crabtree Valley Mall more than likely will have it. They have an amazing food court, food from the American Classics to your pizzas and Hispanic cuisine or your Asian or other ethnic Cuisines so there's something for everyone there and that is what I love so much about it. There's also a lot of really nice restaurants in the front of the mall that they're not just a casual restaurant there places that you would dress up to and go out for a nice dinner out and you will have to wait or you can make a reservation but you're not going to be disappointed with any of the restaurants or any of their service it's all well above what you would expect for anything that is quote-unquote in the mall.

I was accustomed to going to Crabtree to shop/window shop, meet with friends, enjoy a nice restaurant, or to sit at Barnes & Noble and relax with a cup of coffee. I have moved to AZ, and although we have great shopping, I do miss the "mall" aspect. Good thing we don't have much bad weather here!

I generally don't enjoy malls on most occasions but this was especially ridiculous. When we got to the mall the parking was outrageous I mean fifteen minutes to find a parking place To go to one store I wanted to give up then and there being pregnant and what not, but we finally found a parking place and go in the mall was clean but filled to the brim with teenage brats. We got what we needed and got out.. lost our car and walked the entire mall once more before we found it. O definitely hope I don't have to go back to the mall anytime soon

Nice during the day, becomes a hangout for local gang members around closing time. Usually crowded but always decent parking. Go during the daylight hours and you’re fine, go after dark and you’ll troublemakers than shoppers. But, the mall has done a great job of hiring real police officers and creating their own police agency to keep visitors safe. They’ve beefed up security significantly in recent years and it’s a much better place because of it.

I love Crabtree Valley Mall. I hate the parking & the traffic. When I go, I stock up on what I need so I don't have to go back but once or twice a year. The mall shouldn't be like going to Sam's. This is not a mall you go to & browse when you're bored. Just getting parked is like work. If the traffic around the mall and the parking could be made more manageable I'd probably go a couple times a month. But for now, forget going at Christmas & back-to-school clothes shopping time. I'm sure it's completely safe but has anyone else ever felt the second floor vibrate at Christmas, when they're at full capacity?

Very lively and vibrant mall. There are lots of brands and outlets. The parking space is pretty cramped on the weekends. The food court has a variety of cuisines to choose. Perfect for window shopping and the discounts in some of the outlets are too good. Recently I bought about 10 clothing items for 70$ at Sears. So recommended for everyone.

Great mall. I want to take my son there one Sunday after church, and the experience was amazing. The atmosphere was very alive, lots of people, and amazing stores with "gadgets and electronics". Definitely a place to take your family even if it's windowshopping.

Came here since my husband has an all day seminar to attend. There are a good selection of stores and I like the fact that you need a child to enter the family restroom. I'm a new mom and haven't been in many but it's a first that I've seen like this. There's a camera of the entrance to the restroom where the cops can see you and will buzz you in once they see that there's a child with you.

Always fun! Been coming here for years.. Crowded on weekends but I like shopping with others! Great food options in the food court. Our favorite mall in the Raleigh area! Elevator in Sears and near food court.

Crabtree Valley is the main mall in Raleigh and has plenty of shopping options for everyone. The food court offers a wide variety, from McDonalds to Highway 55 to Crisp! Not to mention all the big name restaurants such as Red Monkey Tavern and The Cheesecake Factory. Don't be surprised if you come looking for one thing and leave with a lot more!

This is a really nice mall! There's a pretty wide variety of stores and a nice mix of foods in the food court. The bathroom I visited was a bit cluttered (not dirty) but there was also someone cleaning, so I can't fault it for that.
From an accessibility standpoint, can I just be excited at how many elevators there were? It was much easier to get around than most malls if you can't use stairs or escalators.
What I particularly liked was the variety of boutiques here. There were several neat little places where the employees are like as not the owners, and I think that's neat for such a classy place.response / report this review
