The staff is helpful in letting us know which fixtures require what screws and anchors to put up on a wall, the plants in the greenhouse and up front are always beautiful, and we have never really had a difficult time finding what we needed.

One of the best business in a neighborhood. I prefer to go there for any of my home needs. Knowledgeable staff and super nice. The guy spent 20 min fixing my kid's bike today talking me through process, tools and what can work best! Plus, my kiddos love the parrot and the pig.

Great hardware store and better customer service than Home Depot, that's for sure. Nice selection of house plants too! The guy working back there was really helpful about choosing the right plant for our lighting conditions too.

One of my favorite spots in the neighborhood, hands down the best for hardware. This store has anything you may need for DIY projects or fix's. Plus the green room in the back has an amazing selection with decent prices. Staff is super friendly and always there to help!

You can look around the entire store without worrying a staff member will be following you to ask if you need help, or just to make sure nothing get stolen. Of course, if you need help someone is always available.

I buy here frequently and never had a bad experience.

Amazing hardware and everything store. I have always had an incredible experience except for the time that the salesperson told me that I could use disposable plastic gloves as heat retardant welder gloves; this would have resulted in plastic burning to my skin and luckily I knew better. I have yet to see said salesperson since that experience over a year ago. Also, be sure to visit Franklin in the back 🐷🐷🐷.
